Two campers at a cabin campsite found a toe-bearing footprint near a creek and noticed broken branches on a nearby trail. That evening something struck the cabin with a loud impact, and later while sitting at the campfire they heard repeated whoops for several minutes followed by deep rumbling calls. After ruling out known animals, they concluded the sounds were two Sasquatch communicating.

Movement was then heard in palmettos beside the tent, followed by human-like whistles exchanged from opposite sides and a guttural growl from behind the tent. The witness stayed inside without looking out and found a snapped limb nearby the next morning before leaving camp early.
