Man startles creature while mountain biking near Chelan

The witness was riding a mountain bike alone on a trail northwest of Chelan in the morning. After rounding a bend, the witness saw a tall, dark-brown, long-haired bipedal animal running away through the forest for about 10-15 seconds. The witness stopped and then searched where it crossed, but found no clear tracks on the trail and no hair or broken vegetation.
