After moving to an undeveloped off-grid property in eastern Tennessee, the witness found a sapling bent across his access road and tied into a root ball that had to be cut. He reports ongoing knocks, trees snapped high and aligned to mark a path, large sliding marks in leaf litter, and a back-area cabin surrounded by pushed-over trees forming a barrier. He leaves that back area alone, believing the signs come from bigfoot that has accepted his presence.

The witness brought his wife camping before bow season in a spot southeast of the island. After other campers left, they heard an extremely loud angry howl from about a hundred yards up the hill. He tried to explain it as an injured animal while hearing movement approach through the trees, then went inside the trailer, and they left the next morning and never returned.

The host walked alone into the woods near a research area outside Oakridge and twice asked aloud for something to make a noise. Each time he immediately heard three knocks in response from the woods. Startled by the immediacy and intensity, he returned to the group and later wondered what would have happened if he had gone farther.

The guest traveled to a forested site in the North Cascades known to a local family as the home of a Bigfoot-like figure. After an initial quiet visit with a group, he returned to a large tree with the family member and heard a loud growl and repeated pounding from directly beneath his feet. The sounds continued for an extended period and were also heard by other group members who joined them. He could not explain the source and found no opening or animal to account for it.

The evening after the whooping incident, the witness and one friend stayed until dark while working back toward the boat launch. The friend saw something peeking from behind a tree with two glowing red eyes, and both heard crunching footsteps circling toward their parked car. The witness retrieved the car with his sidearm and they loaded the boat and left.

While fishing in the evening beside the dam bridge, the witness heard a loud growl then a very loud yell and tried to cut through woods to his car. A creature blocked the trail, mirrored his movements, grunted and bumped his chest and shoulders with the back of its hand. Its eyes glowed bright red, and the witness shouted, struck its elbow with his fist, and ran to his car and drove away.

The guest's boyfriend repeatedly hears heavy movement on his low shed roof that creaks six-by-six beams, including a deep thump like a cinder block dropped from six feet interpreted as jumping off while one stayed up, plus chatter and voices within five feet between the cow fence and cabin that wake the guest around three a.m.

While living in her mother's new RV on the farm, the guest nightly heard gravel crunching by the hitch that stopped when she opened the window, felt a slap that rocked the whole RV, and found large body-sized padded grass spots positioned to watch the TV she left with shades up and powwow music playing.

The witness and a companion were fishing and eating lunch by a creek when they noticed a large apelike figure upstream. The figure approached to about 15 yards while making grunting sounds, and the men knelt and offered fish, which it ate raw before walking away. A sour odor was noticed during the encounter.
