After trapping the same creek for days, the trapper's partner was dropped at one end to meet in the middle. The partner heard a grunt across the creek and saw a Bigfoot standing very close swaying. He fled to the truck in tears and later told the town.

The trapper ran down to a creek at night to spotlight raccoons and heard something large running on two legs in the water. It stopped close in front of him and stayed silent when challenged, so he fired over it and fled. The next day he found a large hand-carved cave in clay with no bear explanation.
Sasquatch sighting in Ohio (1975)
The guest's uncle and grandfather went squirrel hunting and separated. The uncle climbed onto a low downed log and came nose-to-nose with a huge hairy biped standing behind it. He fired a small shotgun and emptied a sidearm at point-blank range, then fled to his companion. They found only matted-down grass and weeds behind the log, no blood, and the uncle never hunted again.

Man recalls hearing unexplainable scream
The witness and a coworker went to a logging landing on a weekend to work on a yarder. From the direction of the timberline, about 1000 feet away, they heard a very loud, unfamiliar wailing sound. The witness described it as like a man in severe pain but much louder, and unlike a cougar.
Scream in California (1975)
While walking across the dam at Wishon Reservoir with older relatives, the group heard dogs barking below in the drainage. They heard two or three dogs chasing something that screamed like an agitated chimpanzee for two to three minutes. Movement in brush suggested a chase, but nothing was seen.

The witness's family moved from California to a trailer on land in Rainier. Soon they noticed large apelike animals peering in windows, pounding the trailer, leaving loud heavy footsteps, and standing at the treeline. The family repeatedly saw the same group of four together in daylight, described as a very large male, a shorter boxy female, and two similar-sized younger ones.

Two companions on separate forks of a logging road while heading to a dove hunt were growled at by what sounded like giant monsters. The sound was felt physically. The witness never returned to that road.
Footsteps in Georgia (1975)
While returning along a dirt road to a trail bathroom, the witness and his older brother heard heavy steps following them in open pine woods where nothing could be seen. After testing that the sounds were not an echo, the witness shouted and an extremely loud roar knocked him backward. Both fled, then recovered after a heart issue and lost glasses delayed them, hearing nothing further.
Whistle near Whistler Mountain, British Columbia (1975)
A seventeen-year-old at ski camp left a boulder overlook and encountered bear cubs, then took an unfamiliar deer trail. The woods went silent and dark, whistling and wheezing sounds followed, something large moved silently through brush, and a loud bang like trees crashing was felt. The witness ran back to the main trail where conditions returned to normal and long considered it a bear scare.

The witness woke in bed at night and saw a large silhouetted figure with wide shoulders looking through a high bedroom window for about five minutes. The figure appeared to watch and breathe loudly, moving slightly when the witness moved, then turned and left. The witness ran to a parent, who went outside, saw nothing but noticed a strong smell. By morning two pet rabbits kept outside were gone, with no damage to the cage.
Possible vocalization heard near Pyramid State Park
The witness was outside at a relative's rural farm at night when a loud, hair-raising vocalization was heard from across a lake. The witness ran to a shed where two relatives were working but had not heard the sound. Horses nearby became agitated and later avoided the area where the sound originated until daylight.
Sasquatch sighting in Kentucky (1975)
The guest's mother arrived at his grandmother's farm at night and was hurried inside after being told a tall hairy creature was nearby. Family members then used a spotlight to show her a figure stepping out of the light along the tree line. Over the following years the family reported repeated nighttime visits marked by forest silence, strong odor, screams and chatter, plus damage to orchard trees and garden crops.

As children the witness and her sister walked down a dirt road to pull down a sapling. A loud lion-like roar sounded nearby. Both fled back to the truck in fear.
Door or window contact near Basket, Kentucky (1975)
The guest describes an eleven month period of nightly harassment at the family farmhouse. The occupants heard screaming and something shaking the doorknob and bracing for repeated episodes. During the same period chickens, a goat, a pig, dogs and a pony were found dead or missing.

In 1975 the witness's family living near Spottsville, Kentucky experienced repeated activity over many months. She described hearing loud limb breaks and an elephant-like scream, smelling a dead-like odor, finding footprints, and losing livestock and pets with entrails removed. She twice saw an 8-foot hairy figure on the property, and four armed relatives fired from the roof as the figure ran past a barn and jumped a fence unaffected.

When the guest grew up in rural northeast Louisiana, his uncle and cousins on an Arkansas cabin camping trip saw what looked like a person peeking in a window. Two of them grabbed guns, chased it, and failed to catch it. They concluded it was Bigfoot because of its speed and its breaking of limbs and logs no human could break.

The witness had been sleeping in the back of his pickup at a secluded clearing after a late work shift. He heard loud, strange voices approaching rapidly through dense brush, smelled a strong foul odor, and sensed something large vault over the truck. He then saw a large dark shape moving away into the treeline while vocalizing, then drove away.

A resident woke in bed to what sounded like a marching band tuning up downstairs while others remained asleep. He went downstairs to check and found the family dog sound asleep at the bottom of the steps, which deepened his unease about the noise.

Two boys walked from their houses into nearby woods toward a creekbed to shoot BB guns while footsteps seemed to parallel them and close to nearby. At the bottom of the creekbed they looked toward the sounds and saw a roughly seven-foot-tall hair-covered figure whose face they could not discern. Both fled home in fear and said the figure did not follow them.
