Shortly after high school the witness and his cousin camped beside a river after hauling kayaks and a towed canoe uphill. In the night the witness heard steps and a loud growl beside the tent and saw a large dark shadow in moonlight. Next day belongings were scattered, food was gone, and the heavy canoe was up in a tree.

The caller said he and two companions were night-hunting with roof spotlights when they spotted red eyes and fired on a crouching creature. The creature stood about seven to eight feet tall and ran on two legs before being shot multiple times and falling near a creek. They later tracked blood and footprints to a plum thicket where the witness shot a six-foot hair-covered female at close range and found a larger dead male behind her.
Sasquatch sighting near Anderson, South Carolina
The guest and his wife were sitting in a borrowed van in the driveway late at night when the wife saw someone run past and a loud whoop and growling started beside the van. The creature shook the van and was lit by brake lights, then the father fired a shotgun from the porch and it leapt across the driveway into the woods. Later that night rocks were thrown at the trailer damaging a fan and siding, and next morning bent van metal, foot impressions, feathers and a missing chicken were found.

Over time behind her home the witness heard a lion-like roar, crisp whistles answering human whistles within seconds, a wood knock answering her son's sword hitting a swing set within five seconds, a violent tree shake with a loud high-pitched screech after crumpling a bag, and later paired whistles moving quickly through the property.

The guest and his nephew were fishing early in the morning and built a fire. They heard what sounded like a baby crying, then deathly quiet, then a yodel-like scream whoop from the woods.

A young woman and her boyfriend were frog gigging after midnight near a pond when they heard steps behind them. Across the pond they saw a silhouette stand and slap the water with its hands, then both ran to the truck. She later met the investigator at the pond in the rain to show the spot.

A researcher in a known Bigfoot area heard tree knocks and, while leaving, looked back across a creek to see a glowing ball of light about three feet off the ground receding into the forest. He said it was not a flashlight because no beam was visible.

A high-school senior walking to the bus smelled rotten eggs and saw a dog-muzzled creature with pointed ears and backward-bent legs stop in the driveway. It snarled when she gasped and sprang into the trees. Weeks later cats vanished and something struck the house, with eyes seen over a tall stump.

As a teenager, the witness waited alone in a truck with lights off on a dirt road while friends went for food. An upright hairy figure approached to about 30 yards in moonlight. After he honked, it screamed, shook the truck, laid an arm across the windshield, and peered into the driver window before leaving when friends returned.

The researcher slept on a mountain where knocks had been reported. In pitch darkness a large tree fell parallel six and a half feet away after pounding sounds nearby, which the researcher interpreted as pushed over.
Footsteps in Vermont
The researcher left an audio recorder on a trail behind the house where food had been taken and structures seen. At 3:54 in the morning the recorder captured very heavy bipedal-sounding footsteps approaching, stopping and breathing close to the microphone.
Vocalization near Whitehall, New York
The guest's son woke the guest to listen to a loud high-pitched long vocalization that agitated a distant dog and then silenced a nearby dog. The next day the two followed the direction of the sound and found a large barefoot-like track and a smaller juvenile-like track in ice on a deer trail.
