Footsteps
The witness took a visually impaired friend camping in a field by a river. Late at night the friend heard slow footsteps approaching and then both heard extremely loud roars and whoops from very close in the trees. The witness fired a pistol toward the sounds and a second caller answered from another direction, then fled with the friend. Returning at daylight, nothing had been disturbed and no tracks or blood were found.

They stopped and saw two large upright hairy human-like creatures facing each other below the trail, one gesturing and vocalizing while the other listened. Both creatures appeared surprised to be seen, and the witnesses fled back to their car.

He hid to ambush suspected trespassers, heard voices and saw lights approach to 10-15 yards, but when he jumped up with a spotlight and gun there was nothing there. It happened twice the same night with no one able to have left unseen.

At age 12 the witness was bush-hogging the family's bottom pasture on a large tractor and stopped at the hilltop gate to move cattle and drop a salt block. He walked past what he first took for a Brahma bull, then realized it was a very tall naked hairy biped with an old-man face, foul odor, and heavy footsteps. The being vocalized, stared, then ran away extremely fast, after which the witness drove home and told his grandmother, who called it a wild man and advised leaving it alone.

At 4:30 a.m. at a Salt Fork campout, a woman woke to coyotes yipping, went to the outhouse with her father, recorded video for eye shine, then snapped a cell photo in total darkness. The photo showed bright beams through leaves illuminating the ground, though she saw and heard no helicopter or light at the time.
