As youths the guest with his brother and friend built paintball forts in a small woods. They found one fort destroyed with a snapped pine and limbs thrown. Returning at night with a lantern they heard an extremely loud chest-reverberating scream and crashing through the woods, then fled.

As a child the witness had a picnic interrupted by approaching footsteps and a strange smell, fled, and later found the lunch bag shredded and jar shattered.

A resident described repeated booms that shook his brick house, later finding cracked and pulverized bricks high on the wall. On another night he shone a spotlight into a field and saw a large gray figure moving very fast and low like a spider on fingertips and toes. At age 15 the guest was fishing alone at a creek near his father's house when he heard whoops and saw a large hairy figure behind a sycamore. He confronted it with a .22 rifle, and after it growled and roared he shot it in the throat, then in the hand, then multiple times in the chest as it screamed, broke saplings, and ran straight through a barbed-wire fence across a hay meadow. Later that day his father found broken trees, blood and hair on the sycamore, and blood and hair on the broken fence wires.

Three separate visitor groups noticed a large unseen mover: the son-in-law heard something charge through the forest while stargazing, the sister-in-law heard a large animal run in daytime, and strangers saw movement off the trail. Separately the witness listened with a parabolic dish hearing limb snapping, brush movement, and metallic banging as if the cabin area was being torn apart.

Game cameras captured possible high eyeshine and a night video where the background distorted as an unseen shape moved toward a tree stand.

The daughter, staying in the guest house, felt a loud ground thud vibrate the floor and sofa, heard loud metallic banging at night near farm implements, heard walking in the woodline each morning that stopped at the fence, and felt hits on the bedroom wall opposite her head that repeated when she resumed a movie. Searches found no one.
Property disturbance in Texas
The witness describes ongoing strange activity during about three years living at a rural home. A shed door was found ripped from continuous hinges, trees crashed loudly without visible cause, and knocks hit high on windows. Howls are heard at distance and odd bones and teeth appear on the porch.
Growl in Ohio
Shortly after high school the witness and his cousin camped beside a river after hauling kayaks and a towed canoe uphill. In the night the witness heard steps and a loud growl beside the tent and saw a large dark shadow in moonlight. Next day belongings were scattered, food was gone, and the heavy canoe was up in a tree.

A high-school senior walking to the bus smelled rotten eggs and saw a dog-muzzled creature with pointed ears and backward-bent legs stop in the driveway. It snarled when she gasped and sprang into the trees. Weeks later cats vanished and something struck the house, with eyes seen over a tall stump.

The witness was camping with her sister and grandparents when her grandfather shouted for everyone to get inside the camper and grabbed his gun. Something large screamed next to the camper, rocked it, and pushed it toward the water while the children hid under a blanket. The grandfather drove out, and men at a nearby store examined dents and muddy handprints on the camper.

The guest describes strange activity around a camp, including disturbed food and sounds of something walking around. He looked for bear tracks and found none, calling the situation bizarre. No creature was seen.

The witness's former husband and young daughter were sleeping in a tent near a ravine when deer burst through the camp and the dog shook in fear. The husband saw a very large shape step to the ravine edge and heard splashing below, followed by intense screaming and roaring. They abandoned gear, ran to the truck, and returned the next day to find the campsite scattered.

A year before Minnesota the guide and a companion got lost looking for a waterfall and at twilight saw a very large upright figure stomping in a creek below the trail. They ran to camp and heard popping branch breaks all around through the night and slept in the vehicle. In the morning the bear hang had been untied and lowered and only fresh produce was missing.

A property with years of activity yielded 14-inch hair snagged on an interior pasture fence four feet high where no horses were kept. Other signs included snow tracks, screams from the woods, pounding on the house, and creatures bedding in the barn that frightened cattle.

The witness recorded large bipedal footprints and drag marks leading toward the shallows. That night the group heard lip-blow sounds and saw eyeshine nearby, and a quick revisit the next morning documented the same scene.

After the night encounter the witness and others returned over about fifteen years to look for tracks, set game cameras, and leave items. The same crippled female was heard, smelled, and twice seen, shook brush, threw objects when angry, tore down a camera tree, liked squeaky toys which she broke and lined up, and watched a dog fetch before disappearing after a road and well brought more people.

Over an extended period the guest reports repeated visits to his home including single footprints, a hand and shoulder impression by a robbed robin nest, slaps on siding, and dog food mysteriously lowered and leveled in a sealed tub. Voice-activated recordings captured lid sounds, crunching, and his dogs greeting visitors friendly at night. He concluded a group of four was visiting, later leaving stick and rock arrangements.
