Shortly after returning from boot camp, the witness took a dog for a daytime run on trails. A large wolf-like animal blocked the trail and stared, while the dog looked into the woods. Loud breaking of trees and branches in parallel scared the wolf off instantly, and the witness ran back home.
Tracks
The witness and five family members were camping and fishing at a remote lake. In the evening rocks were thrown toward a brother across the lake, followed by mimicked voices, screams, growls and surrounding noises. A large live tree was pushed over and fast-moving silhouettes were seen around the camp. The group abandoned their gear and left after the brother, who had been paced in the woods, rejoined them at the car.
Howl in Virginia
A camping party arrived late at a ridgetop site and heard strange howling around 2 to 3 a.m. the first night. The next evening after dinner the dog fixated on brush by a steep drop, where one camper saw paired eyes at close range that avoided a flashlight, followed by branch breaks and a tall tree-like silhouette that walked from one side of camp to the road and later showed yellow eyeshine. The group packed hurriedly, secured the dog and lights, and drove home the same night feeling watched but not directly threatened.
Movement only near Big Bay, Michigan
The witness and his wife were camping at their remote property and sitting by a campfire after sunset when a low white light approached, passed nearly overhead, and continued behind the trees. A few minutes later they heard yipping that rose and dropped into overlapping grunting, screams and yells from about half a mile away, followed by total silence. The witness said he had camped there for decades and never heard anything like it, and later felt a recording from another Michigan case sounded nearly identical.
Sasquatch sighting near Leesville, Louisiana
At a remote drop-zone field, the neighbor spent about 72 hours seeing black human-like shadows moving in the wood line. Other soldiers also shouted about seeing something huge running away. At night he heard unexplained shrieks and yowls, and on the last night something large leaned over his tent breathing before walking away.
Sasquatch sighting in Texas
The witness was camping with his uncle and two cousins when they saw a panning light and several fast black shadows cross a pasture. They challenged a suspected poacher, then heard clear bipedal footsteps outside their tent during rain. Lightning illuminated a massive man-like shadow on the tent with very long arms, which then ran away, prompting them to abandon camp for the farmhouse.
Footsteps in Missouri
When the guest was about 13 he was walking with his small dog on an old logging road past the cave. The dog froze, growled, then yelped and ran. The guest ran with it while hearing something crashing through the woods behind them until they reached a clubhouse.
Tracks near Eureka Springs, Arkansas
After moving to a remote wooded property, the family found a very clear large human-like footprint with toes that was photographed with a tape measure. On separate occasions the child experienced a rock thrown past him near a creek, faint whooping, small trees moving together, a high scream-like whoop followed by a tree being pushed over, and the adults heard trees breaking and splashing into a pond. Dogs that normally chase sounds fled back to the house during these events.
Scream near Terrace, British Columbia
The witness and a relative were fishing on a river beach when loud screams began in the forest behind them. Branches snapped and full-size trees were seen shaking for about three hours. They laid caught fish around them, then left quickly with the fish when the sounds stopped.
Movement only in Washington
While with a film cast near Mount Adams, the witness and many others watched a ball of light hover in front of the mountain with heat-like distortion then shoot away. Within about 15 minutes they heard knocks moving around. The next morning they followed tracks about three-quarters of a mile to a small creek where they stopped.
Growl in Florida
The witness took his girlfriend and his friend's brother to the woods with his friend [name withheld] to demonstrate the lights. A light appeared about 25 yards away, floated over and landed in [name withheld]'s hand, then after they asked for Bigfoots a loud growl came from behind them. The light later lifted off [name withheld]'s backpack, circled them and returned to the ground.
Wood knock in Florida
The witness and his friend were watching a creek on the same property and exchanged knocks with something across the creek that came closer. Then a red light appeared on the ground between them that could only be seen peripherally and moved up. He calls this the first of many light incidents.

The witness and a companion riding a 4-wheeler heard loud footsteps keeping pace and noticed trees moving.
Footsteps near Sweet Home, Oregon
The witness was scouting remote mountain roads for fishing access when he found a newly placed stacked rock pile blocking the road. After stopping to inspect it, he heard something charge down the steep slope toward him and stop when he drew his pistol, then parallel him back to his vehicle unseen. He returned later with a hunting partner and heard coordinated whoops from multiple positions, and a few days later with a larger group found extensive tree damage, possible structures, and three sizes of bare human-like tracks.

The witness with two companions walked the creek the next day when a relative shouted at something going over a steep hill, with trees seen bending and two marks later found on the bank.
Vocalization in Florida
The evening after hunting, the witness and the cousin walked toward the truck at dusk and felt surrounded by unseen sources making varied bird and owl-like animal noises all around them. The sounds followed until near the truck then stopped. The witness suggested poachers while the cousin insisted it was not poachers.
Footsteps in Alaska
The witness camped with the sibling and a friend from the city in a clearing containing moose bones and antlers. After midnight they heard branching breaking and multiple bipedal-sounding runners circling camp in the dark, fired rifles without effect, found the dog terrified in the tent and felt something touch a tent, then saw large shadows in firelight. They packed out carrying the dog while being followed down the trail, with one silent individual flushing very close, until reaching the car.
Footsteps near Monroe, Washington
While scouting separately from a companion, the witness walked past a closed gate into clearings and felt uneasy about continuing. While walking back, distinct bipedal footsteps followed, stopping and starting with the witness and moving fluidly through dense trees. The witness paused to confront it, heard small limb snaps, then ran to the truck.
Eyeshine in Indiana
In darkness the witness walked a logging path to his tree stand while two sets of eyeshine paralleled him side-by-side for a long distance. When he switched on white light at about 15 feet the eyes rose to about seven feet with a bark-like grunt, then vanished. From the stand he watched one taller and one smaller eyeshine peek from behind a tree until a neighbor's vehicle lights approached, when they crashed away loudly through the woods.
Vocalization in New York
The witness and friends walked into dark woods and heard deep snorting or grunting that sounded like a bull but seemed impossible among close trees. As they ran toward their campfire, the unseen animal pursued them, its steps shaking the ground, until they reached the fire and left.
