The witness stayed overnight at a friend's rural trailer after reports of something frightening dogs and taking raw meat. After a heavy impact rocked the trailer and left dents, and a chained dog's chain snapped, the group smelled a musky odor and later saw a tall gray-brown figure in the driveway under lights. The figure raised its hand after the witness did, snorted, then ran into the woods.

The witness was bow hunting for deer from a tree stand in the morning and then walked out through a dry lake/river bed. While walking below a brushy shelf, he heard grunting and growling from the tree line and observed trees being shaken. The unseen animal kept pace with him as he hurried away, and he never saw what made the sounds.

In the early morning the witness was at a rental mobile home property with his wife to check on tenants and let dogs out. The dogs refused to leave the porch while reacting to movement in an adjacent tobacco field. The witness saw a large hunched furred figure with a rounded back in the field and a smaller figure moving away, and heard exchanging chuffing vocalizations and a distressed mewling sound from the field and from across the road near a creek. The figures moved toward tall grass and the tree line, a tree across the road shook as if climbed, a musty odor was noticed, and mashed grass trails were found the next morning.

Four people were coon hunting at night on a river bank waiting for their dogs when they heard rustling behind them. They turned toward a moonlit field and saw an outlined hairy figure. The figure ran rapidly across the field edge twice, dropping from upright to all fours and back upright without breaking stride.

A young resident walking home late at night from a locked campground gate along a creek was followed by a creature that made heavy bipedal splashes, approached closely and grabbed at a bag of candy, leaving a bruise. The witness woke in his parents' bed to find the room filled with intense red light. Silhouetted figures with bulbous heads lined both sides of the bed while cluttered voices sounded in his head, giving the impression of being studied. His parents remained asleep, and he recalls no transition to sleep, remembering nothing again for days.

While home alone recovering from a badly rolled ankle, the witness lay on his stomach on the living room couch and became paralyzed yet mentally awake. He felt intensely cold hands forcefully hold his legs and cut under his toes, while hearing movements on the wood floor. Upon fully waking and checking the house, he found no one there but later saw large missing chunks of skin under his toes.

After leaving a rocky glade, the witness repeatedly heard stone-on-stone clacking from the glade direction when at the pagoda. Each time he returned the sound stopped before he could see the source. After four round trips he concluded multiple individuals were relaying signals to tease him.

After returning to the house, the guest heard heavy walking in the treeline and saw a very large hairy biped about 30 yards away. He describes it as jet black with shorter hair, a bare face, and enormous chest and shoulders. It took a step with arm swing and hid behind three oaks, peeking out until the friend also glimpsed it.

After moving to a house backing to farmland and woods, the witness's girlfriend felt watched at sunset while the German Shepherd stared at the woodline. For about two weeks the dogs repeatedly froze, raised hair, barked viciously, ran between doors growling, and growled from a crate at night.

Over later visits to the same woods the witness and friends found a hair-covered shape curled like a stump, had a softball-sized rock thrown at their group, found a hung bait bucket punched open and emptied, felt hot breath and heard a grunt behind them with nothing seen, and found logs arranged like benches that gave an overwhelming feeling of dread. The witness also relayed a friend's solo report of something large jumping tree to tree with a shadow passing overhead.
