The guest's wife was sitting on the porch in daylight when she heard a stomp and saw a several-inch rock bouncing in the yard. It appeared to have come from the upper field area. No person or animal was visible in the field.

The guest's wife returned home around 3 a.m. and the dogs ran frightened into the house. She heard an ape-like grunt in the dark beyond the fence and heard something walking through the grass. The guest came outside afterward and was told what happened.

The witness's former husband and young daughter were sleeping in a tent near a ravine when deer burst through the camp and the dog shook in fear. The husband saw a very large shape step to the ravine edge and heard splashing below, followed by intense screaming and roaring. They abandoned gear, ran to the truck, and returned the next day to find the campsite scattered.

A hunter watching from a blind through a scope first mistook the animal for a bear, then noted a human-like face and an apparently injured left arm hanging unused. The animal sniffed the air, tapped a tree with a rock and listened, then knocked the tree over to capture and eat a rodent. It then stood and walked back into the treeline.

The guest's friend was gold panning with an older man when two bears approached and the older man smacked one on the nose. A couple hours later they heard a loud knock on a tree. The older man, who had not feared the bears, insisted they pack up and leave immediately.

Sasquatch sighting
A horse rider noticed rocks falling nearby and looked up to see a large Sasquatch on a cliff top over 100 feet above. The creature was dropping small rocks toward the rider and horse while producing a loud belly laugh. The rider perceived the behavior as playful teasing to get attention.
Door or window contact in Tennessee
Over a period, someone or something repeatedly came to the grandmother's porch at night, ringing the bell, handling the doorknob and knocking. She also heard deep mumbling and whistles. When she checked, no one was visible.
