Chickens were frightened with one laying prematurely, dogs barked, and her brother came out with a light and firearm. Around the same period a newly nailed chicken-pen roof was ripped back, mulch buckets were moved without spilling, finger-like swipes appeared in a bucket, and she often felt watched near the barn and swing set.

About two weeks after the roof sighting, the witness walked the same direction at dusk and heard very loud monkey-like noises from a wooded lot. She first thought it was a movie from a nearby trailer, but windows and doors were closed and the sound came from the trees. A very tall light-colored massive creature emerged about 90 feet away and crossed quickly through weeds before descending a steep ravine without slipping.
