The witness and partner visited the same lake-trail area on a busy holiday weekend. The witness saw a fast dark figure cross the wide trail behind a deer, then later stood feet away from a tall black fur-covered figure with long arms that disappeared instantly. The partner did not see the figure but saw a branch fall, heard snapping, and they found and photographed footprints.

The witness was fly fishing with five friends in the evening when the group heard a snap from across the river. The witness claims a tall creature stood up, growled, and trees fell as the group fled to their truck, then saw the creature walking in front of the gravel road watching them. The group later returned and reported finding tracks, broken trees and unusual intertwined structures.

A man driving to fish with his son stopped on a road near a lake after seeing what he thought was a bear. The animal stood upright, revealing a very tall, broad, dark-brown hairy human-like form, and the driver got out and shouted at it. The creature vocalized loudly, threw part of a snake toward them, then ran rapidly into the woods.

The witness was driving slowly on a dark dirt road toward a family cabin when a tall creature stepped out and stopped the car. The witness describes locking eyes, feeling the car shoved from behind, seeing the creature with hands on the hood vocalizing loudly, then watching it walk into the forest. The witness drove home and sought medical care for back injuries and distress.
