The witness had parked his truck on a ridge road before dawn to deer hunt. After hearing coyotes, he got back in the truck and then saw a tall hair-covered human-like figure emerge from the woods beside the truck. The figure paused facing the truck, then walked around it and left down the point out of sight. The witness stayed in the truck until daylight, then found skid marks where it descended but no footprints.

The witness walked through the woods to his deer blind for a late hunt and smelled a foul odor. He saw a large hairy creature with its head in the blind, which stood up and faced him for about 10-15 seconds. Late at night while several people sat around the campfire, they heard heavy bipedal footsteps pacing in dense brush beyond light range and later heard deep breathing. After most went to tents, they heard distant wolves followed by a closer deep howl that silenced the wolves, repeated more faintly. No tracks were found the next day.

At the house the witness's dog confronted the unseen pursuer, which halted very close before withdrawing into the brush.

The husband reportedly saw it cross the road and head downhill toward the river, while the wife shortly after saw it cross back and climb uphill. They reunited, compared notes, and later found sign where an animal had passed. Both concluded they had seen the same Bigfoot-like animal.

A large dark-brown figure then knocked over a small dead tree across the road and ran toward them. While photographing the scene, he says a thrown stick struck his head, prompting him to run to the house.

A thud was heard and felt on the road and a boulder that had not been there when they drove in was found in the road. They later heard a very large animal moving away breaking branches, found no sign after sunrise, and left to hunt elsewhere.

On a Friday night during an archery-hunt camping trip, the witness and a relative sat by the campfire while two unseen presences circled the camp, breaking branches, pacing, and making heavy footsteps. Small rocks and sticks were then thrown into camp, including a softball-sized rock that landed nearby, followed by impacts on a food box and the trailer. Others sheltering in the trailer also heard footsteps, breaking branches, impacts, and a heavy sigh, and later a branch-like object was dragged across the trailer roof.

The witness stayed awake afraid until daylight and left quickly in the morning.
