Man observes creature walking across road
The witness was driving home at night through a canyon pass when the headlights revealed a tall, big bipedal animal crossing the highway into a gully. The witness repositioned the vehicle to shine light into the gully but could not relocate it, hearing rocks rolling as it moved up. While standing in front of the truck the witness heard a very loud scream/roar described as gorilla-like but higher pitched, which prompted leaving the area immediately.

The witness returned to the same location with a relative the next morning to search for footprints, found none because the snow had melted, and heard a loud crashing noise in nearby trees.
