Screaming and eyeshine witnessed by hunter in the Big Hole Mountains
The witness was riding horseback at night near a creek confluence when a loud raspy scream was heard repeatedly from about 40 yards away in the creek. A second animal to the east answered with a loud whistle and rapid grunts. After turning on lights the witness saw eyeshine from the creek, lost it, then later saw two pairs of eyes on the far bank that turned and moved away.

Two young men have a sighting while spelunking near Huntsville.
Two companions searching for a cave rested in a pasture near a wooded ridge around midday. They heard something large moving in the woods behind them and then saw a tall hair-covered being partly obscured behind a tree a short distance away. The figure disappeared quietly without a clear departure sound, leaving them frightened, and they left the area quickly.
