Cub Scouts see two different colored creatures
The witness was fishing with five other boys near a house on Rolland Road when a breaking-log sound drew attention to a large dark hairy biped crouching in the woods east of the road. The boys ran to the house, and about an hour later they saw a lighter-colored hairy biped in the field west of the road while crashing sounds continued in the woods.

On a July 4th night around 11:30PM the witness saw a dark furry figure standing at the deck corner about 15 feet away, which then took two giant leaps toward the river and crossed downstream, leaving a partial footprint found next morning.
