Bowhunter encounters multiple creatures chasing deer
The witness walked to a treestand before dawn for a bowhunt and heard a howl-like sound in the dark. After daybreak, after several deer ran past appearing spooked, a tall bipedal hair-covered creature ran past the stand without stopping. Two more smaller creatures, one described as dragging a baby-sized one, then appeared briefly before quickly following the first, leaving behind a foul odor.
Very loud, extremely powerful howl heard near home
The witness was sitting on the deck at home just before dusk in early June 1997 when two extremely loud and powerful howls were heard. The sounds were compared to a howler monkey but described as far stronger and longer, and seemed to move south away from the house. The witness stated the sound could not have been a cougar or bear based on about 20 years of fishing and camping experience.
Footsteps heard on porch, large dark shadow passes window, near Gettysburg
The witness was lying in bed trying to sleep in a cabin bedroom when heavy stomping sounds passed by the window. By moonlight through a curtained window, the witness saw a tall shadowy figure with a large head and broad shoulders moving slowly past. The next morning the witness found a single very large footprint in dirt and grass on the otherwise clean porch where the figure had passed.
