Multi-witness daylight sighting along powerlines south of Bryant Pond
Three people clearing an ATV trail under power lines saw a large bipedal creature about 200 yards away walking toward them, which stopped and turned quickly into the woods. One witness rode an ATV to the nearby road to try to intercept it, but it was gone. While checking roadside sand for prints they heard a short howl followed by two sets of three tree knocks.

A family of four was camping in the primitive area of a park at night when sticks and possible rocks were thrown from the woods and strange noises were heard. After a loud bang on a nearby wooden outhouse, a witness saw a tall dark hairy figure run into the woods. The witness was walking dogs on paths in the woods at dusk when the dogs became alert and a strange kaw-kaw call was heard. The witness then saw a gray, medium-build, roughly seven-foot-tall figure with shiny blue eyes and bent arms that looked at them, shuffled its feet, and turned into the woods toward a ridge. The witness left with the dogs and later reported finding a partial footprint.

On a sunny morning the witness stepped onto the deck to check on a barking dog and watched a black two-legged human-like figure walk past the end of the driveway for about 12 seconds until it disappeared behind trees. The figure was described as hunching then straightening, with long swinging arms and its head turned away. Later that day the witness found bent weeds and faint barefoot-like depressions where the figure had reportedly come from the woods.

A tall dark bipedal figure emerged from woods on the east side about 20 feet in front of the truck and walked slowly across the road. It paused to look toward the occupants, showing eyeshine in the parking lights, then stepped over the road grade into the forest while crunching sounds were heard as it walked away. The witness stopped briefly then left immediately, unsettled by the human-like appearance and size.

The witness was sitting on a front porch with a dog when deer ran through the yard across the road. Seconds later the witness heard footsteps and saw a tall, wide dark figure cross the pasture, step over fences, cross the road, and disappear near where the deer went. The figure never looked toward the witness and moved very quickly in few steps.

The witness and his father stopped at a clearcut at night and scanned with flashlights, spotting three sets of eyeshine at different heights. The largest figure charged uphill while vocalizing, then moved toward them breaking branches before everything went silent while the two smaller figures watched from the treeline. Around midnight the large figure re-emerged, stepped over a log and walked downhill bipedally with the other two following.

The witness and a companion arrived at a forest trailhead around noon to hike to a waterfall. After hearing an odd sniffing sound at the car, they started down the trail and saw a large brown hair-covered biped running through the woods with its arms up and dark hairless hands. As they retreated quickly to the car, something moved fast over their heads through the branches, frightening them enough to leave the area.

She noticed a strong sewage-like smell and heard sticks breaking beside the house. Late at night the witness was alerted by his dog barking intensely at the woods across the street. He shone a flashlight and saw blinking eyeshine high up, which a family member dismissed as an owl. After firing a BB gun toward the light, he heard something crash quickly through dense undergrowth to the left while the dog ran to keep pace and kept staring at the spot where the movement stopped.

About one to two months ago, the husband witness saw a tall, hair-covered biped walk past their trailer and behind it, disappearing in under ten seconds. The couple report feeling scared to go outside and believe more than one creature may be in the area near caves.

After reuniting they drove toward the house and illuminated a tall shaggy biped in the field below the barn. They watched it briefly in the headlights before it turned and walked into a cedar thicket while their dog chased it a short way and returned.

Around 2 a.m. on a clear night in late October, the witness heard growls and other noises outside his home and went out with a flashlight to investigate. He reported a strong dead-animal odor, movement across the road, and green eyeshine, then watched a tall dark bipedal animal cross the road into his woods and viewed it at close range in the treeline before retreating to the house. He reported hearing noises through the rest of the night and finding a few tracks afterward.

The witness and a companion were wade fishing in an isolated creek when they noticed a beaver-like shape in deeper water upstream. After the witness made noise, the animal swam to the bank and rose up standing upright in chest-deep water, revealing reddish fur and long massive arms, then stared briefly before climbing a steep erosion bank with a small tree, uprooting the tree. The pair heard it crashing away through thickets and immediately left the area.

The witness was camping overnight with companions on a river sandbar. At dawn he went behind a tall log jam out of sight of camp and saw a large dark creature standing where it could overlook the camp. The creature ran away across the shallow river in a couple of steps and disappeared.

The creature quickly ran south along the creek under a highway overpass and disappeared while both the witness and his wife heard the strange vocalization.

The witness claims a tall creature stood up, growled, and trees fell as the group fled to their truck, then saw the creature walking in front of the gravel road watching them. He became nervous and ran to his companions as loud noise occurred and a tree was reported to fall. Three companions heard the noises but only the witness reports a visual.
