Dogman sighting in Alabama
Early one Saturday morning the witness drove with his dog to a remote wooded dirt-road area and stopped to let the dog out. Looking down an intersecting road he saw a large black wolf-like animal that then stood on its hind legs and took a couple balanced steps. Frightened, he grabbed the dog and drove away, watching the creature drop to all fours and run angrily across the road.

The witness was home at night with two female relatives when they went to open a sliding glass door for air. Pulling back the curtain, the witness came face to face with a tall gray-white hairy creature bent down with a hand reaching for the door handle. Both screamed, the creature made a horrible groan and ran down the hill toward woods and swamp. Tracks were later seen around the door leading toward the woods.

[name withheld] said during a heavy rainstorm he stopped on a dirt road to pull pine needles from his windshield wipers. He heard splashing footfalls behind him and saw the same booger coming up the road in his brake lights before it left into the woods. He said he continued to his date and never saw it again.

[name withheld] said at sixteen he went alone to hunt deer along a cleared power line and realized something was shadowing him in the treeline. He hid in a log pile as something ran back and forth, then met it face to face near a fence and pine tree at close range. He fled through the fence, drove home, and was told by his father and grandfather to leave it alone.
Odor
[name withheld] said he and [name withheld] followed an individual that seemed ill, moaning and moving slowly before collapsing and vomiting repeatedly. After it crawled away they examined the vomit and found household garbage and a whole kitchen towel. He believed it had eaten from garbage cans near isolated houses and made itself sick.
Footsteps
[name withheld] said he and [name withheld] were at Monkey Pond after gunshots and music stopped and the woods went quiet. They heard distress vocals, footsteps, sticks breaking and a log thrown into the water, and [name withheld] glimpsed movement. [name withheld] then saw five individuals across the water with night vision and they packed up and drove out through a muddy levee and gate.

The host's brother recalled being out at night with the host near Yakult when they noticed three balls of light down by the water. One light appeared to move along with them as they stayed on higher ground. He said video of the lights was posted and that the sighting changed his prior skepticism.
Property disturbance
A fisherman found his remote cabin disturbed with huge muddy footprints inside. Later while leaving on a four-wheeler to fish he heard movement in brush. A huge hairy arm reached out as if to clothesline him, but he got away.

Two hunters with dogs were followed through wooded ridges at night and heard a thump behind them. When they turned with lights they saw a tall creature peering around a tree that did not flinch. They stayed calm and backed out, then the partner panicked when something grabbed and shook his hanging backup light.

The witness was driving a van with a friend and two daughters through mountains in Tennessee at night. A tall hairy creature carrying a black trash bag stepped over a guardrail into the headlights and stood watching the van for 30 to 40 seconds. It then crossed the road in a few long steps, went over the far guardrail into the woods, leaving a putrid odor.

A nearby household that moved in about six months earlier reported nighttime sounds with coyotes, a hard slap or hit to the house that shook windows, and a feeling of being watched leading to painting windows. A young child in the home reportedly saw a bear standing on hind legs in the woods. The researcher plans to visit to assess.

Two researchers spent the afternoon and night at a remote gated pond campground. After daytime shooting and loud vehicle sounds stopped at dark, they heard long female-like woos answered by male-like moans, a heavy stomp, subtle brush movement, a guttural sound, and a heavy splash from a thrown log. Through night vision a companion reportedly saw five figures standing together across the water, prompting rapid packing and departure through the locked gate.
Partial sighting in Utah
A month or so before the later backpacking incident, the witness camped with his daughter and her friend. The girls saw something large moving just outside the firelight and going behind the tent. When the witness approached with a light, a pine cone flew out close to him, he felt he should not go farther, and he brought the girls into the tent.
Unidentified sound in Nevada
The witness and a friend backpacked seven miles into a remote high lake and camped apart. Around 2 a.m. a loud slap, a mimicked crow call with a deep gurgly ending, and bipedal footsteps woke the witness. A massive wide-shouldered silhouette with a small-seeming head was seen swaying behind the light tent fabric, then moved around the tent for hours, charged at one point, and left near first light.

The following day the witness stayed back at camp with two others. A companion reported photographing something, and the witness saw part of a head and an eyeball peering from trees before it darted away. Another person photographed it and a drone captured video as it moved back into the woods.

While lying in bed near a window at night, the witness heard tapping and leaned toward the window. He saw an arm-like shape on top of the window frame and a head-like shape looking down, which then walked away. He hid under the blanket and tried unsuccessfully to wake his father.

As a young child playing in a field, the witness tripped and fell near a large brush pile. Looking up with the sun behind it, he saw a very tall hairy figure standing behind the pile looking down. His dog fled to the house, he ran after it, and when he looked back the figure was gone.

Scouts found huge four-toed tracks in a dried swamp interior and left. A later armed party of nine followed the tracks, camped, and was attacked by the creature. Several men were killed before the creature was shot, and its body was described as measuring thirteen feet tall.

A hunter in remote Alaskan mountains reported seeing an enormous man-like creature moving up a mountainside from a distance. He estimated it at 18 to 19 feet tall and said it had protruding lower canines like tusks. Terrified, he left the area in the opposite direction and later relayed the account privately because he feared ridicule.
