After it left he heard a loud high-pitched scream in the distance, felt watched while leaving, and vomited once clear of the woods.

She observed its profile, including head, arm, hand with fingers, and thick legs, and estimated it at eight to eight and a half feet tall. She lost sight of it after glancing at the road and drove home fearing it would cut her off.

He saw a very tall hairy figure and a long arm pulling the deer into the thicket while two other figures moved nearby and vocalized, so he fired a pistol and fled on the ATV.

A scout had left his troop in the morning and ran back alone to the campsite to retrieve a forgotten knife. As he approached he saw something crouched just beyond the site that jumped up and ran away on two feet. He was startled, eased in to get the knife, and later said he could never explain the tall dark figure.

He awoke to see a large dark face staring through the passenger window, its breath fogging the glass, which rose and grimaced as he reacted. He turned on all emergency and spot lights, watched a tall stooped wide-shouldered figure walk behind the cruiser and out of the light, then drove out and returned to find it gone.

While the witness blew a loud predator call, his buddy watched the road and saw something big and black he first took for a young cow on all fours. It went into the tree line about a hundred feet away, circled, and gave a yell-growl the buddy had never heard from a bear. The witness was blowing the call and did not hear it himself.

A few years after the first track find, the witness and friend returned to call bear or cougar. They found a small pine snapped off at seven feet and thrown, with large tracks showing toe dig and a six-foot stride. While driving down the mountain the witness looked down into an open area and saw a huge hair-covered Bigfoot with one arm around a tree watching them pass.

After a rock strike and foul odor, they entered the woods at dark and saw a large hairy upright creature showing teeth while others vocalized around them. They fired weapons while retreating to snowmobiles, the cousin ran for the truck, and the witness held position firing for an extended period before they escaped in the truck. The cousin later found the abandoned snowmobiles torn apart.

The guest's brother had just topped a tall tree and sat on the cut top when a hair-covered creature below beat and pushed the tree, grabbed his slack rope and nearly pulled him down until he cut it. The creature screamed and stayed around the base for much of the night. Co-workers later helped him down after it left.

The witness lived for two to three months in a rock overhang above a canyon stream, fishing with traps and hunting small game. A large hairy creature repeatedly raided his fish traps, exchanged rock throws, accepted camp bread, used a larger trap left for it and took deer remains. After an ice storm the witness developed severe pneumonia with high fever and could not tend his fire. He reported the creature looking in on him, leaving meat, a headless rabbit and herbs he boiled, then carrying him down the canyon over hours or days until a couple in a converted school bus found him and got him to a hospital.
