Rock throwing in Ohio
Two relatives were bass fishing from a small boat when rocks were thrown toward them. After beaching, one threw rocks back, the creature screamed, stepped out, charged and struck one man hard enough to break ribs and puncture a lung, then threw a log that cut his chin. It reappeared swaying and clicking, then leapt a great distance and ran off on all fours. Authorities and later visitors called it a bear and told them to leave it alone.
Footsteps in Florida
The witness returned with a friend in law enforcement to camp at the same area. Friday night they heard close footsteps and saw hogs, Saturday they measured the sighting location and saw broken vegetation, and Saturday evening the friend silently alerted and later said a creature watched them from about 15 feet. On leaving they found fresh teepee-like grass structures with the same foul smell, and afterward both were questioned by supervisors who called it a bear.
Odor in Florida
The witness paddled a kayak in pre-dawn darkness to scout fish and noticed unnatural quiet. After daylight he smelled a horrific odor, heard a powerful scream-growl that shook vegetation, and saw a face behind a palm frond. The creature charged into the water to within about 15 feet while he held up a paddle, stared with a hostile expression, then turned and walked back to the woods.

The witness, working as a narcotics investigator, was parked on a gravel road at a management-area entrance and stepped to the back of the vehicle. A tall broad figure about the witness's height stood 50 to 60 feet away in profile and then turned to face the witness. A rumbling grunt was heard from the brush nearby while the figure watched, after which the witness got in the vehicle and left.

The witness noticed a musky odor and breathing, turned on cab work lights, and found a tall hairy face leaning in within a few feet. When the trailer engine kicked on, both were startled, the creature slapped the unit hard enough to break fiberglass and then ran across a field with heavy footfalls.

The witness left a lakeside campground after dark in a pickup with a young child, followed by relatives in another vehicle. Headlights revealed a wolf/coyote-like animal down the road that then rose onto two legs to about the witness's height. The witness swerved to avoid it, and it lunged toward the tailgate as the truck passed, after which the witness sped to the end of the road and later told relatives who said the creature was known around the lake.

The witness drove out at night looking for a lost small dog and pulled to the side of a lonely road near a ball field and woods. While outside the pickup the witness heard brushing sounds and smelled a skunk-like odor, then got back inside. The back of the truck was then bumped hard enough to feel like a low-speed rear-ending, and a tall silhouette was seen in the taillights while a yell/scream was heard, prompting the witness to drive away.

The witness and his girlfriend drove mountain roads noticing structures, then saw movement behind another car and a distant hominid-like silhouette that slipped into the woods. Later parked in a hidden pull-off, they heard impacts on the car, saw shifting shadows, and then a rock cracked the window. After trouble starting the car, they drove out.

After feeling dread and hearing movement and strange chattering laughter from a laurel thicket, he fired a warning shot and saw a hairy bipedal figure emerge. He fled as it pursued parallel to him until he reached his house, where he and his brother later fired into the woods.

Shannon described a video posted online showing several Canadian men on a bluff above a glacier. They filmed what looked like a very large figure moving quickly down the glacier. The hosts noted it seemed unusually large and active for the setting and terrain.

The guest was elk hunting deep in a canyon and started hiking out up a skid road. He sensed something wrong and noticed a huge dark mass paralleling him in the brush, matching his steps. He saw portions of an arm and long leg as it followed him for about 100 yards until he reached the main road and left.

He smelled a strong odor, heard movement, then entered a clearing where a large figure stood, grunted, touched his chest, looked him over, then walked past behind him. The guest, then 11, and an older friend were playing Airsoft in woods near his house. The friend pointed out a brown furry form crouched on a ridge watching them. After the guest whistled it stood to about eight feet, made a gruff noise, looked at them, then turned and walked over the ridge.

About a month after the Ozarks trip the guest was partying at a friend's rural property near Buckner. The group went to shoot bullfrogs at a pond and heard a splash. A companion shined a spotlight across the water where the guest saw a hairy skinny figure similar to the Ozarks creature running away quickly.

The interview guest stayed alone overnight on a mountaintop while filming. After dark, four huge bright round lights appeared about a mile away and hovered for about twenty minutes. The lights later vanished without being filmed.

The driver was hauling a truck on the turnpike at night toward the terminal. A light first thought to be a plane or helicopter stayed hovering as the vehicle closed over several miles. While passing underneath, the driver saw a dark checkmark-shaped body overhead that did not move.

The witness climbed about 20-25 feet up a pine on a small peninsula to wait for hogs over bait at dawn. He watched a large dark female figure stalk tree to tree toward the hogs, then leap, scream, knock a hog into an oak and kill it by pounding its side. The creature carried the hog off, exchanged calls with another unseen creature, then scented, located and stared up at the witness before walking away.

The witness was driving on an elevated two-lane road that was flooded when a large dark figure stepped in front of a highway sign and crossed the road in two steps. He flashed his bright lights, saw two reddish eyes glance toward him, then watched it drop down the steep bank. He stopped, got out, saw only a water trail across the pavement and heard splashing moving through the woods.

He watched a large dark upright figure walk between thickets about 100 yards away, still showing head and shoulders through the cover before ducking down and disappearing. Years later the same witness was riding in a car at night with two friends toward a coastal campground. She saw a large dark figure standing on a steep slope beside the road. A grapefruit-sized rock struck the roof of the car and dented it, and the group continued driving.
