The witness was staying at his uncle's cattle farm to shoot a suspected coyote stealing chickens. From a barn loft at night he watched a tall bipedal creature emerge from the tree line and move very quickly toward the coops. After he shouted, it growled, screamed and charged the barn, shaking it, while he fired dozens of rounds down at it before it fled to the woods. No blood was found, only partial tracks, and a conservation officer told them to keep quiet.

The witness was hiking with a group through a field when he hid by a lone tree after hearing movement and saw a tall dark shaggy figure partly concealed at the wood line about 25 to 30 yards away for about thirty seconds. He became nervous and ran to his companions as loud noise occurred and a tree was reported to fall. Three companions heard the noises but only the witness reports a visual.

Three companions were night fishing from a bridge when the witness exchanged whoop calls with something across a field that steadily approached. After packing gear and waiting by a truck with lights on, they heard footsteps in a ditch and briefly saw only the whitish-grey top of a head. The entity then gave a loud whoop from about 20 yards away, prompting them to flee, and daylight examination the next day suggested it was over seven feet tall.
Family driving a rural two-track have a late day encounter north of Higgins Lake
The witness and two daughters were driving a pickup on a forest two-track in the evening to gather rocks for a fire pit. A tall black-haired biped ran across the trail in front of the vehicle in a forward-leaning run with arms hanging low, followed about 15 feet behind by a large gray wolf. Both continued up the hill on the far side and disappeared, and a next-day search found no tracks because of overnight heavy rain.

Hiking alone on Toad Road, the investigator glimpsed a large fast gray-black form and followed it without thinking. The trail was muddy and overgrown. Further on he found a clean deer skull impaled at eye level in the middle of the trail where nothing had been weeks before.

Early one morning in 2017 the witness was driving with a companion toward a boat ramp for a fishing trip. While navigating an S-curve, the witness saw a tall hairy figure cross the road from left to right about 75 yards ahead, moving from shadow into a sunlit patch. The figure disappeared behind a blind spot before the vehicle reached the crossing point, and the companion did not see it. After stopping at the location, the witness found no tracks, trail, or odor.

The witness was driving to work through the park in the morning when she saw a large hairy brown figure standing on the roadside berm before it moved into the brush. The encounter lasted about 10 seconds and she did not see its face. Later that day she returned with her daughter and found a footprint, which investigators later documented and cast.

The witness was driving to work in the morning when she noticed an upright figure in the woods beside the road. The figure was moving through the trees toward a creek, showing only its side and back with its arms at its sides. She described it as tall and covered in black hair and said it was not a deer.

She perceived a person-like form with a pointed head like a hoodie, assumed masculine because of size. After a couple seconds she glanced for traffic and it was gone, possibly dropping in deep snow. A friend later estimated 12 feet against the tree.

The witness stopped on a road at night to count deer in a field beside the road and noticed a tall light to medium brown figure with a large upper body standing near one deer. The figure then ran toward the treeline with an uneven gait after apparently noticing it had been seen. The encounter occurred under vehicle headlights at about 25 to 35 feet distance.

Around midnight on January 21, 2017 the witness was making calls from the front porch and received a wood knock response from across the street, which drew the dog into the woods. When the dog went quiet the witness entered the woods, beat on an oak and shouted for the dog, then heard knocks, chest-beating, howls, a bluff charge and a tree pushed over while seeing eyeshine. After the witness told the entity to back away, the dog returned and they went home.

Early one morning while driving to a farm job, the witness stopped at an intersection and saw a tall, emaciated, fur-covered figure holding a tree branch in the headlights. The figure stared at the car, then bared worn and broken teeth when the car moved toward it, before the witness drove past within close range. The witness later interpreted the animal as an elderly, starving individual possibly seeking chickens during severe winter weather.

While driving to work in the dark, the witness noticed a bulky shape by the roadside that he first mistook for dumped furniture. As he drove past, it stood up from a squat and faced him, revealing a tall, muscular, hairy chest and arm through the car window. He passed within mirror distance and then saw in the rearview mirror that the figure was gone.

The witness was cooking outdoors midday with a relative and the property owner when a large hairy figure was seen standing by a tree in a field 300 to 400 yards away watching them. The witness took a cell phone photo, and about 40 seconds later the figure was gone without being seen leaving. The witness and the relative then walked to the spot, found tracks, and estimated the figure's height at 8 feet from tree marks and the photo.

At about 11 pm in September 2017 the witness was walking from the house past a truck toward a storage room in a flood-lit yard. A tall human-like figure sprinted past within about 30 feet and disappeared in about two seconds without making sound. The witness described it as 7-8 feet tall with massive torso, long arms, dark undercoat with lighter outer hair, running erect with long effortless strides, then chased briefly with a flashlight but saw and heard nothing further.

While driving to work in the early morning with headlights on, the witness saw a tall thin dark figure cross from a golf course tree line. It took one long step to the center and leapt over a rail into a creek. The face was not seen well and it looked different from the stocky 2005 figure.

While setting up an assembly area late at night, a driver watching a weapon camera saw a fuzzy bipedal figure moving in the distance. The narrator went outside, heard a terrible yowl, and was told the figure stopped and looked toward them. He stayed inside the truck the rest of the night.

A couple days into a solo Olympic coast hike, the witness heard single whoops from close range near a point and again from a secluded beach. Later he followed a bear trail over a ridge where a dark creature came at him on all fours within 10 feet, then silently backed away without turning and hunkered down. That night bipedal footsteps approached his creek-side camp then retreated, and he felt urged to leave the next morning.
Sasquatch sighting in Virginia (2017)
Two visiting researchers spent the night in her woods, and while walking with one of them the guest saw something peeking from behind a dead fallen tree, bobbing up and down. She noted its eyes registered blue and spoke to reassure it before retreating to the deck. The researcher who remained said it then got up and ran, identifying it as a juvenile.
