The witness was riding with companions on dirt roads near recently burned woods when she and the driver saw a white upright figure cross the road ahead. They first assumed it was a person, but saw no car and found no footprints when they returned to the spot. After driving around the area, the witness felt she had seen something different.

The witness was on the front porch feeding her cat when dogs ran barking toward a nearby dumpster. She watched a short, hairy bipedal creature circle the dumpster and run south down a wash toward a pond and wood line while chased by the dogs. The witness was driving at night behind another car when both vehicles stopped for a tall, dark, manlike figure crossing the road in the headlights. The figure was described as 8-9 feet tall with very long arms and a strong musk odor that lingered after it left. It reportedly broke the top off a barbed-wire fence post, went over the fence, and disappeared into the woods. The next day the witness found a broken post, bent wire, and broken brush leading into the treeline.

While driving to night work past the base flight line, the witness glanced at a large mountain. A huge crystal-clear American flag image filled the entire mountainside for about half a second and then turned off. He stopped the car, stunned, and interpreted it as a possible projection test.

The witness and two companions were working on a tractor when they heard a screech. They went to a field at the edge of a nearby forest and saw a bipedal ape-like creature walking there. The creature looked back at them and then walked into the forest, followed by one more screech, after which they did not see or hear it again.

A group hiking in Salt Fork State Park in the evening reported footprints, grunts and glimpsed movement. The main witness waited ahead with two younger companions and reported seeing a tall hairy biped peeking from behind a tree and then from behind a rock. The three companions ran back to their cabin and later said all three had seen the figure.

Two witnesses entering the woods to play paintball heard a noise and saw a very large upright black creature run across the trail ahead of them. The creature looked toward them, accelerated, climbed a steep bank and disappeared into the woods within seconds.

The witness was driving at night near Monkey Mountain when a tall, very thin creature crossed the road in front of the vehicle in about three unhurried strides. The creature came from a steep hillside heading toward river areas and did not appear to notice the vehicle. It was described as about seven feet tall with sparse, long grayish hair, leaning forward as it walked.

The witness and his teenage son rowed to an isolated wooded shore at night to set off fireworks while family watched from across the water. The witness heard loud huffing and grunting, crashing through brush, and smelled strong body odor approaching in the dense woods. He briefly saw a very large, wide, shaggy human-like silhouette between trees in his flashlight beam. He took his son and paddled away quickly, leaving chairs and fireworks equipment behind.

The witness was camping with a group when she heard something large run up behind her through brush downhill from the campsite. She shone a flashlight and saw a pair of reflective eyes about six feet off the ground 10-12 feet away, then panicked and retreated behind the group. The group found nothing on searching but heard quiet footsteps withdrawing and a small rock thrown behind them.

Two siblings were trail riding and then walking near a steep creek when they smelled a strong odor and saw a brief dark flash by a tree. After hearing a strange scream they rode back, passing cattle bunched together and vocalizing. They then saw a large black shape rise from a crouched position under a pine before it disappeared as they fled toward a house.

Two people driving while hunting at sunset saw a large hairy man-like figure running along the road about 30 to 40 yards away. The sighting lasted only a few seconds before the figure disappeared toward a ridge. The driver stopped, got out to search, heard no sound of flight and found no tracks on the hard sandy road.

The witness and a companion were camping overnight when the witness briefly saw an unclear figure uphill through dense trees, alternately thinking it was a person or a bear. Around 3 a.m. they were awakened by shaking ground, loud groaning-screaming sounds, and crashing movement rushing toward their tent, which then abruptly reversed downhill while continuing to vocalize and break vegetation. In the morning they found a large heavy bag of food had vanished without a trace.

While driving to work before dawn on a logging road, the witness encountered a dark figure on the road and initially assumed it was a bear. As headlights illuminated it, the figure was seen running bipedally down the road for about 100 feet before veering off through a ditch and up a bank into bushes. The witness described a tall, dark-haired, unclothed biped with lighter patches on its back and rump that never looked back. Later that day the witness found and photographed indistinct footprints at the site.

The witness was driving east on Highway 2 east of Ball Club late at night when she noticed a large brown hairy figure standing off the side of the road. The figure appeared to be waiting to cross toward a nearby lake and did not look at her vehicle. She continued driving without stopping and later returned in daylight but remained in her vehicle.

Two hikers heard heavy footsteps while hiking a forest trail and later found broken trees and hair caught on a bush. As they headed back near dark, a rock was thrown across the trail and they heard screaming/whooping sounds and later a low grunt/growl. A creature stepped across the path, stared at them, then darted back into the brush, after which they drove to town and were told hikers had seen it for months.

The witness was driving a truck with his son on a gravel road beside railroad tracks in daylight. A small reddish-brown hair-covered biped leaped across the road in mid-air directly in front of the truck, nearly being hit. It landed in tall grass by the tracks and disappeared without further sound despite a brief wait.

The witness was returning down the canyon after fishing and exploring when a tall, dark, muscular creature crossed the road toward a meadow. It was watched for a few strides with a bent, arm-swinging gait, then seen crossing back at a slower pace as if avoiding an oncoming truck and people in the meadow. The witness believed they were the only observer and later found large tracks on a return visit.

The witness was picnicking with relatives near a lake when the group heard an unfamiliar scream. A child began crying and the group prepared to leave. One relative said she saw a tall figure walking in the distance, after which the group hurried to the car and went home.

The witness was pulling into the driveway late at night when she saw a tall grayish figure standing near a bush about 10 feet away in street light. The submitter, her husband, was at the residence and was not a witness. Around the time of the sighting night sounds became quiet and still for about 10 minutes and a dog refused to go outside, then sounds returned to normal.
