The witness was walking alone in thick woods carrying a BB gun late in the morning. The witness noticed a brown-colored subject moving very fast at an angle across the view, first thinking it was a person on a dirt bike. The witness then realized there was no engine noise, only the sound of breaking sticks, and left the area quickly without telling anyone at the time.

In August 1981 the witness rode a motorcycle up forest roads to a high peak near the North Fork. Near the treeline he uncovered a large old barefoot-like track and later from the summit saw a head-and-shoulders shadow watching from the dark treeline. The shape was gone when he looked back after viewing the panorama, and he rode quickly back down the mountain.

In late June or early July 1981, the witness was sleeping on the floor of a friend's home when awakened by an unusual humming and grumbling sound. She saw the outline of a large broad-shouldered figure with a muscular arm and hand cupped to look through a high upper window, which she estimated would require at least seven feet of height. The figure looked in for about a minute, then walked around the house into the woods as the humming resumed. A search the next morning found no tracks in the hard-packed dirt.

The witness, then a child sleeping in a cabin, claims to have been awakened around 2 a.m. by a deep sneeze-like sound and a strong foul odor. A very large monkey-like head peered into the bedroom window, blocking the light, with huge eyes, a large flat nose, little facial hair and deep nasal breathing. The witness whimpered, the mother entered and the figure left; in the morning plowed vegetation and footprints were reportedly seen.

The witness drove to a seldom-crowded park with falls midday and sat on a picnic table. After about a minute, the witness turned and saw a furry figure about six feet away, visible from the waist up above a drop-off. Frozen in fear, the witness could not warn a passing group, then ran to the nearby car and has not returned to the park.

At about age 10 the witness and a friend left a backyard tent around 1-2 AM to go to a store. Under a streetlight they saw a massive hairy profile walk out of a park and pass within arm's reach into a field. They froze, then fled home and stayed in the tent until noon.

They then saw a hair-covered face peering at them through bushes a short distance away, which appeared two more times as they continued. Frightened by being followed and by the creek ending in a swamp ahead, they ran back to camp and later told their parents.

The witness and his girlfriend were driving east at night to look for deer when they noticed a figure walking west in a ditch beside the road. Because the ditch was about five feet below the roadway, they estimated the figure to be eight to nine feet tall. They described it as dark with wide shoulders moving easily through the ditch. Near an intersection he looked back and saw a whitish object moving quickly from one side of a barbed-wire fence to the other into woods, knocking branches aside. He did not get a clear view and first thought of a horse, but on revisiting the site the next day concluded a horse could not have moved that way through the dense cover.

They heard something large moving in the woods behind them and then saw a tall hair-covered being partly obscured behind a tree a short distance away. When the witness was 11, a very tall hair-covered creature stood outside the house window for a few minutes late at night before walking around the side of the house. The next day the witness and a sibling found large footprints around the house and estimated the creature's height from the window measurement. Rain later washed the prints away after they were followed into the woods.

In the evening after dark, the witness's sister went into a bedroom to let a cat out, flipped the curtain and light on, and found a large hairy face with glowing eyes staring through the glass from less than two feet away. She screamed and froze, and by the time others ran in from the living room the figure had leapt off the porch and vanished. She later described height to the top of the door frame, dirty matted hair and a wide face.

After locking a building and walking toward the truck, he reportedly saw a huge bipedal creature he insisted was not a bear. While fishing about forty yards apart on a riverbank, the witness and a relative felt watched and noticed movement in brush at the base of a cliff. The pair fled down a trail toward camp, and the witness looked back to see a large hair-covered arm and hand reaching out of the brush right behind him before it disappeared. The next day they returned and found indistinct tracks in soft dirt at the bottom of the cliff face.

Near Christmas 1980 the witness was riding a snowmobile with a relative on a forest trail at night when they got stuck. Both smelled a strong rotten-meat odor and then the witness saw a fur-covered bipedal figure about six feet tall run across the trail into the bush. The witness found a large bare footprint where it crossed and bipedal steps through deep powder snow. A parent who arrived later saw the remaining marks and told the witness the figure was a sasquatch.

The witness was riding as a passenger in a car driven by a relative on a Sunday evening trip. A large hairy bipedal creature crossed the road in front of the car from one side to the other within a few seconds. All three occupants reportedly saw it, which was described as reddish in color, moving with fast graceful speed, with no head discernible.

From across the valley he watched a large hair-covered biped feeding on the ground for about fifteen minutes, at times standing alert to listen. After an unseen uphill sound, the creature made a metallic ping call and walked away bipedally along a cleared fence line.

The witness and a young relative spent the night in a camp trailer near the family house. Over several hours at night they heard heavy bipedal footsteps circling the trailer, brushing and clawing sounds on the siding, door and ceiling vent, and later blows to the trailer. The witness reported a brief glimpse of a long shaggy finger-like shape through the vent screen, and said the sounds withdrew when a car approached and returned later.
