The witness was inside her cabin in the evening when she saw movement through the bathroom window. She watched a tall, reddish-brown, long-limbed figure walk up the dirt road and disappear behind a large tree without reappearing. The dog chained outside barked and lunged at the figure, which did not react. After it vanished, the witness told her husband and later checked the road but found no tracks because the ground was dry and packed.
