The witness was on a fishing trip and eating lunch at camp when he spotted a fur-covered biped on a hill across from the boat launch using binoculars. He watched it for several minutes until it stepped over a fallen tree and disappeared into the trees. About an hour later he saw what he believed was the same creature near a rockslide on a larger hill across the lake before it disappeared again. He told his father he had seen a Sasquatch.

A child riding in a car driven by a parent spotted a large fur-covered figure standing among trees alongside a mountain highway at dusk. The figure remained at the roadside watching the car pass. The child was frightened by the sighting and remained upset until arriving home.

The witness was mushroom picking with a companion along a ridge around noon. A distant figure first thought to be another hunter came closer and was described as a tall reddish Bigfoot. After hearing loud infant crying at the grave site, they drove past the house again and found it dilapidated and overgrown, though the woman with the candle could still be seen inside. The group fled and never discussed the night together again.
