While moose hunting alone, the witness slipped and fell in moss. On looking up he saw a black, large, upright creature about 10 yards away staring at him. When he raised his rifle it screamed, ran away upright at high speed in a manlike manner, and disappeared.

A group on a musky fishing trip in Canada heard loud roars from the woods that grew closer. Two giant black beasts emerged fighting, tumbling down the bank into shallow water, slapping, grappling and biting. One prevailed and left into the woods while the other lay motionless before later disappearing.
Sasquatch sighting near Peterborough, Ontario
The witness as a young child was camping near Warsaw Caves with a friend and the friend's father. After dinner the two children left camp to search for the father and reached a forest road clearing with birch trees. They watched a small thin dark-haired figure climb down a tree, screech, run on all fours, toss a stick, then continue bipedally behind a tree and disappear as the woods fell silent. They returned after dark and the father dismissed their account.
