After giving vocal calls from a fishing dock after sundown, the witness got responses, then silence, then rocks splashing near the dock. He went to the parking lot with a machete and faced eyeshine about 70 feet away. Four people were train-spotting and camping by railroad tracks at night when they heard noise in brush across the tracks and saw eyeshine and a large silhouette swaying. They reported a foul odor, cats fleeing, and rocks thrown toward them from the brush direction, with impacts sparking on the tracks. One teen went inside while the remaining witnesses heard chatter and a branch snap south of the first figure, leading the witness to think two creatures were present. The witness then lit the brush and saw a tall bipedal silhouette stand before it disappeared, with no further activity over the next two nights.
Footsteps in Georgia (2025)
The witness and a fellow trainee were pulling night security in foxholes at a remote patrol base when they heard slow footsteps and had small stones and a stick land near them. The fellow trainee saw a tall boulder-like shape by a large pine that did not respond to challenge passwords, prompting both to fire blank rounds and the whole perimeter to open fire. The shape then left rapidly through the draw with loud crashing and a large splash in the creek, after which leaders arrived and joked about Bigfoot while the fellow trainee remained shaken.

The witness was turkey hunting from the base of a tree on a ridge when a tall, dark reddish-brown bipedal figure was seen about 75 yards away for a few seconds before it stepped behind a tree. About 15 minutes later, while still in the same spot, an object struck a tree about 30 yards to the left and fell to the ground sounding like a rock. The witness also noticed a musky odor and reported no further activity that morning.
Structure or nest near Hot Springs, North Carolina (2022)
The witness parked by a gated abandoned road and walked about a mile, then left the road to inspect tire marks. He found teepee-like stick structures, snapped saplings he could not break, and downed trees funneling movement into a wash. Birds went silent, loud tongue-clicking surrounded him with an answering whistle, and objects sounding like rocks were thrown as he left. From a field with a large quartz rock he saw a dark shape in a distant tree.

The two hikers set up a thermal camera on a tripod in a field to watch for deer and bear at night. They observed a large upright creature crossing a road on thermal, approaching to about 90 feet, then fleeing into a thicket where facial details were seen. The witness was sitting in his truck overnight at a wooded construction site monitoring a generator. He heard bipedal footsteps pacing in the leaves and a loud bang on a tank that he believed was a thrown rock. A tall figure stepped to the edge of the woods beside the truck, turned to face him, then walked back into the woods. He turned headlights toward the woods but saw nothing further.
Sasquatch sighting in Tennessee (2018)
The witness hiked with family members on a cold damp spring day to a creek and cave area. After noticing a large tree down across the trail, the group encountered a hair-covered primate-like creature that peered over the tree while rocks were thrown toward them. The witness froze during prolonged eye contact, felt detached and aware of the creature's curiosity, and was eventually pulled away.

The witness spent a week building a fire pit in a valley behind houses. A very tall dark-haired figure came down the hill, waved and said hello in a flat tone, smiled very widely, then played peekaboo behind trees. It then threw large river rocks from 70-80 yards away, landing close to the witness, who fled home and later estimated its height at 8-9 feet and found a discarded jacket.

A family was driving slowly up a rocky canyon in a large vehicle while the mother and young son walked ahead after stopping to clear brush. The son saw a large hairy biped stand up and step across the trail into tall brush, while the mother only glimpsed something brown entering the brush. As the family drove out, large rocks came down the shale slope nearby, and the father reported a strong feeling of being watched.
Odor in Colorado (2016)
During a multi-day camping trip the group smelled a terrible odor, heard knocks and gibberish chatter at night, then returned next day and fired a shotgun. Returning again that night without the wife, they heard a limb crack and a heavy thud as a rock landed by the buddy. A huge shouldered figure was seen behind the machine before they fled, later finding a high broken limb and a heavy rock.
