Night fisherman first hears and then observes two Bigfoots in his spotlight near Birmingham
The witness claims he was fishing alone at night when he heard two large animals fighting on a hillside across the water. The sounds lasted about 30 minutes and included growling, hollering, and breaking limbs as the animals moved toward him. When they reached a clearing he lit them with a spotlight, saw two tall lean hairy bipeds, and watched them sprint uphill into the forest. He then left the area and says he will not return alone.

The witness saw a large shadow moving on the slope in moonlight, heard breathing and stomping, and smelled a musky sour odor. After revving the truck engine the sounds crashed rapidly downhill, and the pair left, seeing deer run across the road as they drove out.

Four young men camped on a companion's land and heard approaching grunts, heavy footsteps and foul odor across a creek at dusk. After a rock was thrown toward the unseen sounds, something shrieked, circled the camp and emitted a loud high-pitched scream, prompting them to leave and later return with a parent. The primary witness heard noises again overnight, and the next morning the group found large footprints, hair and a bedding area before the primary witness briefly saw a tall hair-covered upright creature that looked at him and ran away.

The witness and a companion were waiting on a riverbank at night to help pull rescue canoes from the water. After hearing brush-breaking and grunting sounds for some time, the witness was rushed by a large upright figure that came within about 10 feet while making loud vocalizations. The witness was riding a bicycle on a trail through woods near a grocery store when a large hairy creature stepped into the path, causing a fall. The creature stood over the witness at close range and produced a loud howl/growl with its mouth open before leaving into the woods at high speed while breaking branches. The witness then rode home quickly and hid inside.

The witness was walking at night with a flashlight to fetch ice when dogs began barking loudly. A very large hair-covered biped ran from behind a house toward the woods, then rushed to the road edge, stared with glowing eyes and made a loud growling sound. The witness screamed and fled home, and a search the next day found no tracks.

In early fall 1980 around 7 p.m., the witness was in the kitchen after feeding horses while his wife brought in laundry. Both heard screaming near the corral gate, the wife ran inside frightened and horses fled, and the witness glimpsed a very tall dark furry figure moving through a lit patch while it screamed and made clicking growling noises before he went back inside and locked doors.
