After he lowered his bow the female left downhill where a loud pop and crashing was heard, and a healthy snapped tree was photographed the next morning.

The witness was in a military tent with several friends and a dog when the dog began growling. He saw a huge cone-headed shadow with long arms standing on two feet outside the tent staring in. He held an axe waiting for it to rip the tent, but it walked away after about a minute.

The witness returned with a friend in law enforcement to camp at the same area. Friday night they heard close footsteps and saw hogs, Saturday they measured the sighting location and saw broken vegetation, and Saturday evening the friend silently alerted and later said a creature watched them from about 15 feet. On leaving they found fresh teepee-like grass structures with the same foul smell, and afterward both were questioned by supervisors who called it a bear.

The witness joined a group of about eight on a three-night expedition in southeastern Oklahoma to let the beings come to them. The group heard grunting, whistling, chatter, footsteps and close tree-breaking, had pebbles and a rock thrown, and saw large upright black shadow figures with night vision and naked eyes. One figure was seen behind a truck and one coworker was startled by movement in brush, with no one seriously hurt.

Something large walked directly in front of the small opening in five loud bipedal steps, blocking the light, and crossed about ten yards over a creek. They hid then fled and never slept there again.

In the night the witness heard steps and a loud growl beside the tent and saw a large dark shadow in moonlight. A young woman and her boyfriend were frog gigging after midnight near a pond when they heard steps behind them. Across the pond they saw a silhouette stand and slap the water with its hands, then both ran to the truck. She later met the investigator at the pond in the rain to show the spot.

At age 12 the witness was bush-hogging the family's bottom pasture on a large tractor and stopped at the hilltop gate to move cattle and drop a salt block. He walked past what he first took for a Brahma bull, then realized it was a very tall naked hairy biped with an old-man face, foul odor, and heavy footsteps. The being vocalized, stared, then ran away extremely fast, after which the witness drove home and told his grandmother, who called it a wild man and advised leaving it alone.
