He heard leaves rustling, then saw a very large hair-covered human-like creature drop from a tree about 40 feet away. After finding a huge footprint in snow, the witness and his friend returned armed the next day and followed branch markers placed high in trees. In a shallow ravine they heard gibberish chattering, then silence, then three trees fell and screams came from three directions while the ground shook. They fled down to a logging trail where a huge red creature screamed at the witness from about ten feet away before the pursuit stopped near an old train road and river.

After hearing a loud woman-like scream and heavy footsteps at dusk, he ran for home through thick brush, cut his finger on barbed wire, and turned near a streetlight to see a huge creature about 40 yards away with bright golden-orange eye glow. He reached home and reported it, and later heard his chainsaw running by itself.

After returning to the quarry area, the guest met an old woman who knew about the baby in the tree and invited him to her house. Over five or six visits he saw two juveniles inside the house sniffing and eating muffins, interacted with a young golden-haired female on the porch, saw many eyeshine when a TV played cartoons, and watched a huge alpha male called Papa talk with the woman outside at night before leaving.

On a weekend camping trip, the guest and his friend heard a fawn-like distress sound that seemed to approach. The friend ran toward it with a light while the guest followed behind. The friend saw a tall grayish-silver upright figure move between trees and dart away. Next morning they found a snapped trip line, a missing bell, and a large human-like track looking toward them.

A young couple reported that late at night something dark blocked their bright porch light while looking in the front window and then manipulated the front doorknob. The young woman fled to tell her partner, who lit and threw a firecracker outside. The visitors said they heard the intruder run away.

Something slapped the truck with open-palm force enough to rock it, then they heard footsteps on the road.
