The witness and two relatives riding in the back of an open pickup late at night saw a large dark-furred animal crouched in weeds beside the road. As the truck passed, the animal stood upright on its hind legs, its eyes shining green in the headlights. The driver did not see it and no search for tracks was made.

On later visits team members saw a large dark humanoid with a conical head peek from behind a tree, found broken branches, and heard loud peacock-like bird sounds with nothing visible.

He watched a tall thin hairy figure with an elongated head walk carefully from a ditch toward a neighboring lit farm. The figure then sprinted across a field at remarkable speed, dropped forward onto all fours and entered the bush. The witness concluded it could not have been a human runner.

Over several nights loud banging on a metal trailer woke him, culminating in screams that drew him toward a large excavation.
