The witness and his wife repeatedly visited a shooting area where they smelled rotting odors and sensed a hostile presence. On a later visit they heard movement in brushy draws around them. One being rushed past the wife and two hair-covered seven-foot beings rushed past the witness, and a blurry photo was taken.

A hunter entered the cave alone with a knife and fought hand-to-hand for an hour, reporting a towering, long-haired, savage-faced creature with thin bony hands. The hunter escaped crawled out at midnight exhausted after being knocked unconscious.
