Three teenagers were fishing and cooling off in a creek when something crashed down the steep hillside, threw a rock between them and screamed and roared. They scrambled to the bank and saw a large hairy human-like creature at close range making a display, tearing up ground and showing its teeth. They fled, leaving all their gear, and never returned.

About 1998 the witness was driving west with two companions when they saw cars swerving ahead. In the headlights they watched a large dark-haired biped take a very long step across the road, cross a canal and continue onto a golf course. The two hunters arrived late and set up camp and a tree stand in darkness in a hollow bottom. One hunter returned alone to retrieve a phone and heard pacing footsteps, a very loud voice repeating a name, and a laugh, then saw a huge dark shape in tall weeds and fired twice before fleeing. Both hunters were then circled for hours by fast-moving unseen things that stayed out of flashlight range, threw out a poisoned hot dog that was quickly taken by something running on two legs that coughed like a person, and found the heavy welded stand ripped from the tree in the morning.

The witness and the witness's brother were canoeing past a sloping shoreline when they noticed what they thought was a black bear drinking. It walked a few steps on all fours, then stood up like a man and walked into the woods without acknowledging them. They dismissed it at the time as a bear sighting and later discussed how human-like and upright it looked.

In summer 1998 around dusk, the witness and a friend were sitting at a picnic table in a wooded lakeside picnic area when they saw three brownish creatures of different sizes emerge from the treeline near the lake about 40 to 50 feet away. The teenage volunteer and his younger cousin were biking and then walking a dense trail toward a waterfall when they smelled decay and heard rustling. A reddish-brown hairy arm reached through thick brush very close to the witness and snapped off a limb, showing a human-like hand. Both fled immediately, later told the foreman, and returned the next day to recover the bikes but found no tracks due to rocky ground.

The witness and family were playing ping-pong in the walk-out basement when the witness let the dog into the backyard. The dog barked and backed away from the neighbor's fence line, where the witness saw the moonlit silhouette of a tall figure's head above the fence. The witness later interpreted the figure as possibly Bigfoot based on its height relative to the fence.

The group later returned to the site and found unusual scat.

The witness and a companion were parked in a truck at a mountain road landing late at night and watched a wild boar rooting in snow. After the boar fled, an upright figure appeared at the tree line, stood over the boar's spot, and was then illuminated by high beams. The figure blocked the light, showed glowing eyes, grunted, crossed the road in three strides, grabbed a sapling and disappeared uphill, leaving a strong odor.

The witness was driving on I-5 past Rice Hill on a dark, rainy Sunday night with high beams on. They saw a figure sitting on the roadside embankment in a fetal-like posture and made eye contact from less than 20 yards away. As the car passed, the figure stood up very tall and walked away north along the interstate, convincing the witness it was not a stranded person.

The witness and a companion were four-wheeling late at night when their headlights caught a shaggy red-haired creature in the road. It had apparently been squatting in the road, then moved quickly across on all fours while starting to straighten toward two legs before leaving the light. Both witnesses felt it was not a bear, cat, or other known animal due to its color, narrow torso, and human-like body shape.

The figure moved with a long stride and high, marching-like arm swings with open hands, then disappeared behind bushes. She watched it through binoculars for about 15 minutes, seeing yellow eyes looking back, before leaving for camp without telling her husband why. While elk hunting on a snowy open hillside, the witness watched a hairy upright creature walking rapidly away from about 100 yards for a minute or more. The creature was short, about 5-foot-6, with a large barrel chest, long arms, dark brown hair, stooped posture and long bent-knee strides. The witness's adult son was traversing the hillside nearby but did not see the animal.

The first creature ran out from one treeline, retreated when two dirt bike riders appeared, then reappeared with a smaller second creature and both crossed to the opposite treeline.
