Scream in Utah (2022)
After hearing a prolonged scream like a woman dying in the distance, the witness checked the outward-facing camera and saw a large figure on the garage roof reaching down with an arm. When infrared light hit it, the figure quickly lifted its arm and head to stare at the camera, showing a broad mouth, lips, nose and eyes. The witness stopped watching and felt shaken.
Whistle near Burkeville, Texas (2021)
About a month after the first incident, the witness returned to the family property in the evening to check an area that had been logged. Loud whistles, a laugh-like vocalization, gibberish responses, and a distant silhouette were encountered. After hearing heavy breathing and movement, the witness observed a large black hairy human-like figure first on all fours then sitting and standing. The figure vocalized in gibberish-like speech, screamed, grunted, approached to about 30 yards and remained for an extended period before tearing vegetation and moving off. While the witness fled toward a truck, movement paralleled the witness in the woods while vocalizations continued behind, suggesting a second individual, and the witness fired a shot in the air before driving away.

The witness and a companion sat around a campfire at night in a parking lot study area. From about 200 feet away they heard growl-whoop-scream vocalizations and wood-on-wood thumps, followed later by pea gravel striking the truck. Trail cameras reportedly captured gravel in motion and a large black partial figure showing shoulder, arm and open hand.

Four campers spending the night near a creek reported hearing aggressive vocalizations described as a mix of whoops and screams, then seeing the silhouette of a very tall figure with a wide torso about fifteen feet away. Eleven years after the river incident, the witness was stationed at the base and took an armored vehicle into the training areas to serve as props for scout training. After dark in a large field near the river, the group heard loud screams first from the east and then from the west. Using poor night vision they watched two dark bipedal shapes move across the field toward the river. They locked themselves inside the vehicle and felt and heard something scratching and pushing on its exterior for many minutes; at dawn they found no tracks in the dry ground and learned they had been miles from the assigned site so no scouts had been nearby.

The witness was staying at his uncle's cattle farm to shoot a suspected coyote stealing chickens. From a barn loft at night he watched a tall bipedal creature emerge from the tree line and move very quickly toward the coops. After he shouted, it growled, screamed and charged the barn, shaking it, while he fired dozens of rounds down at it before it fled to the woods. No blood was found, only partial tracks, and a conservation officer told them to keep quiet.

The witness was hunting alone at dusk when a rock was thrown from the tree line. He scanned the trees with a gun-mounted light and saw a tall upright creature behind a large oak that growled and screamed, prompting him to fire at the tree. The creature fled bipedally across a meadow toward a valley. Afterwards the witness found hair and blood on the tree where the creature had stood.

A large unseen animal approached behind the stand, breathing heavily, sniffing, producing knocks and screams, and pacing before moving west. The witness turned on a headlamp and saw a tall dark figure from behind that grunted and ran along a creek bank into the woods.

The witness was bowhunting deer alone from a tree stand in the evening and shot a buck. While climbing down and tracking the deer in near-dark, the witness heard loud screaming-growling noises, smelled a strong pungent odor, and saw a huge silhouette about 30 yards away on a hillside. The witness left the woods while still hearing the noises and returned the next morning to find the blood trail ended with no deer.
Possible encounter at night by hunters camping at Virginia Lakes
A family was camped in a trailer near a treeline with a deer carcass stored nearby. During the night the family was awakened by rocks hitting the trailer, knocking sounds, growls, screams and whoops. The witness later went outside with a flashlight and saw a single glowing red eye high in the treeline. In the morning stacked rocks were gone, footprints were found, and a large pine by the carcass had been pushed over.
Property owner has daytime sighting, hears vocalizations for over two months north of Clayton
A couple scouting their wooded hillside property for a cabin site reported a brief daytime glimpse of a very tall figure that turned and ran, accompanied by whoops, movement sounds and a foul odor. That night both reported banging and stick impacts on their cabin lasting for hours. The next morning they reported finding large footprints and scattered sticks around the cabin.

The witness took a boat with family to Shell Island and walked inland from the beach toward dense forest. About 7 yards from the treeline he heard a loud scream-screech, looked up, and saw a large brown mass moving right through the woods for about a second. He ran back to the beach and told family, who did not believe him.
