Father relates sighting to son that occurred near Littlefork

The main witness was hunting near a remote lake when a creature crossed the path a short distance ahead without noticing the witness. The witness returned home agitated and reluctant to discuss what was seen. A companion who was present reportedly saw the same thing.

The witness's brother and companions were walking a trail behind a factory when something large moved in the trees. It came down quickly, pushed trees down in front of it, and made a loud elephant-like sound. The group ran and later arrived loudly at the family home.

A touring drummer riding at the front of a bus during a heavy daytime snowstorm saw a jet-black figure standing on a hill watching the bus pass. He first thought it was a man, then thought it looked like a gorilla with very wide football-pad shoulders. He did not tell the driver at the time because he did not know what he had seen.
