Around 2am the witness was driving a coworker home when headlights revealed red eyes behind a tree. The figure peeked out with its head tilted, then turned to show its chest, arm, shoulder and legs before taking one step and vanishing. The witness described it as huge, about 7-8 feet tall with very wide shoulders and grayish hair mixed with black, and said the companion confirmed seeing it.

While bent over filming unusually large deer-like scat near the trail end, a loud close twig snap with nothing visible triggered intense fear, and he hurried to his truck and avoided the woods for about a year.
