The guest had just returned home after enlisting in the Navy and let his dogs out. He walked about 700-800 yards southeast into the woods and heard loud strange vocals, then saw a tall red-haired figure standing behind a berry bush staring at him. He ran back to the house, found his small dog shaking and foaming, then briefly returned to look for tracks before a loud branch snap sent him back to the house.

His field companion looked through the thermal and said it transformed into an upright heat-signature being that crossed a dirt road toward a knoll.
