At a habituator's site the guest heard apparent bipedal movement and later saw a beam of light, colored lights, and mist. Two small black beings with red glowing eyes emerged on the path and charged when spoken to. Shining a flashlight made them vanish, and the appearances repeated for hours over two nights.

The witness was camping with friends in a Utah canyon and became separated alone in the woods while playing a nighttime game. After hearing a grunt and a deep growl and seeing an arm wrap around a tree, he watched a tall, muscular, thin-haired biped step between trees while staring at him. He fled toward approaching headlights, fell down a drop to the road breaking his collarbone, and was picked up by a passing couple who took him to a ranger station.

The witness was scouting for a redfish tournament from a kayak in Florida near NASA property in the early morning. After hearing a large splash, smelling a nauseating odor, jumping wild hogs, and hearing a powerful scream-growl with trees shaking, the witness saw a tall hairy human-like face watching from behind a palm frond. The creature charged to the water's edge about 15 feet away, stopped when the witness raised a paddle and yelled, stared again, then walked back into the woods, leaving the witness physically ill and anxious for weeks.

As a small child home with siblings and a babysitter, the witness and his siblings saw a face and arm looking through the kitchen window from two feet away. At first they thought a trunk-like arm was an elephant. It remained motionless watching them for a long time while they tried and failed to go outside because the door was locked.

The witness was hunting with two friends near Oil City when he noticed a figure walking without orange clothing. While his companions did not see it, he watched it cross a creek and climb the far bank. While driving a truck on a dark resurfaced road, the driver saw something come from between a house and barn and angle across the headlights. It moved extremely fast on two legs, cleared the road in about two steps, then stopped at the road edge. He saw only a wide bulky body with long straggly grayish-reddish hair and no eye shine, and kept driving.

A few years later the witness built a permanent tree stand in a remote meadow area and twice found food missing from an unzipped backpack without the pack being destroyed. Later that hunting season he shot a deer, hung it in a tree, and slept in the stand. He awoke in the middle of the night to grunting and a small hairy figure trying to take the hung deer, yelled thinking it was a person stealing, then saw it flee on all fours into the moonlight.

A young elk ran directly past the witness without reacting to him, followed by a huge hair-covered biped chasing it. The creature stopped at the ridge, stared at the witness while holding a rock, then discarded the rock, turned, roared in apparent frustration, and walked back down.

Alone an hour before dark, the guest waited on an ATV at the lease gate hoping to see what had growled earlier. Two upright figures emerged from the treeline where he and his son had been. One turned, looked at him and emitted a very loud scream while the second dropped into grass and moved toward him in a flanking manner. He fled to his trailer, locked in, and had his wife drive three hours to get him.

The guest and his son drove to their ground blind and hit a localized wall of rotten, oily odor. They heard two voices conversing behind the feeder for a minute or two without understanding words. Feeling uneasy, they left on the ATV and watched two large forms keep pace with them through thick foliage to the main road, where the forms stopped at the treeline.

The guest and his wife were riding an ATV to their blind early in the morning when a barefoot figure ran across the trail about 30 feet ahead. The wife did not see it. They stopped and found a fresh bare footprint filling with water and joked about a person out barefoot in cold weather.
