The witness was searching for his missing dog in a wooded area and found it on a beaver dam in a pond. He then noticed a tall, muscular, dark figure standing nearby that quickly turned and disappeared into dense brush. He retrieved the reluctant dog and returned home without initially telling anyone about the sighting.

The passenger, within a few feet of it, described its human-like face and eyes watching the car as they passed.
