Couple returning home spots a bigfoot crossing their driveway outside Columbiana
The witness and a companion arrived home by car in the evening and saw a large fur-covered figure cross the driveway on all fours and enter cattails by a pond, where it disappeared from view. The figure was described as very large and fast, low to the ground and bent in the middle, with a barrel-like torso. An investigator visited the next day, found impressions in grass and mud, photographed them and made casts.

The witness was driving up Crane Mountain in daylight when a black hair-covered biped was seen moving up a steep embankment beside the road. Late at night while driving to help a friend, the witness saw what first looked like logs on the roadside. On closer approach it appeared as a dark hair-covered figure seen from behind, which stepped easily over a roadside railing and went down into the woods toward power lines. The next day footprints at the spot were cast during a site visit with a local researcher.

The witness was driving west on Highway 60 after crossing the Brazos River around 2:45 a.m. when a large dark shape on the roadside rose to a standing position and stepped or leapt into the darkness. The view lasted about two seconds at highway speed, revealing a very tall, thick bipedal figure that appeared dark with no discernible features. The witness, who said they had not previously believed in such beings, reported being shaken and convinced by what they saw.

They retreated inside as stones continued to strike the cabin on multiple sides. After hearing heavy metal banging for several nights, the witness ran armed from his fifth-wheel to a 30x40 foot excavation pit. He confronted two 8-9 foot hair-covered beings on the far side and a 4-foot juvenile trapped in the 12-foot hole, while a 10-11 foot individual flanked near his truck. After a scream-roar and standoff where he lowered his aim off the juvenile, the adults retrieved the juvenile and withdrew silently to the treeline. He packed up, later had researchers trespass after his cousin told them, filled the hole, and sold the property.

On November 2, 2013 around 4:45 p.m., the wife was closing the barn doors when she noticed movement downhill. She observed a tall hair-covered creature standing about 110 feet away facing her, which then turned and bounded down the steep slope out of sight. Strides in the leaf litter where it fled were later measured at 6 to 7 feet.

A lone hunter lying prone in a pine plantation in the early afternoon watched three tall dark figures cross about 10 yards in front of him. The figures walked upright in single file into a cypress swamp, after which loud banging sounds were heard from the swamp. The witness first assumed they were hunters in black ghillie suits but later questioned that explanation.

After leaving food that disappeared and finding faint prints on a sandbar, the witness found a finger-drawn marking with a bent stick and used a compass bearing to locate a distant area. There he cast a long trail of large prints in mud that he felt matched the earlier casts in size and shape. While hiking in that second area he saw a thin, bright orange creature from the chest up cross a closed road and run smoothly without head bob.

She dropped the bag and ran inside to get her husband, but the creature was gone when he checked with a flashlight. The next day tracks were found leading to and from the food-scrap pile.

The witness was riding horseback at night near a creek confluence when a loud raspy scream was heard repeatedly from about 40 yards away in the creek. A second animal to the east answered with a loud whistle and rapid grunts. After turning on lights the witness saw eyeshine from the creek, lost it, then later saw two pairs of eyes on the far bank that turned and moved away.

On April 29, 2006 the witness was driving southbound on an unfamiliar road after leaving a mall when a deer bolted across the road in front of the car. A dark bipedal figure about six feet tall immediately followed in fast pursuit of the deer across the road and into trees and swamp on the other side. The entire chase lasted under 20 seconds, with exaggerated arm swing and speed that seemed exceptional for uneven terrain.

The witness's husband and another adult were sitting with boys camping in the woods on a moonlit night when the husband noticed a figure moving between trees, with moonlight visible between its legs. The group left the woods, and the next day the witness found footprints and poured a mold of one, plus other ground and vegetation signs. The investigator later reported the couple described a seven-foot-tall, wide-shouldered creature with a cone-shaped head and no neck.

The witness was camping overnight with friends in the Mount Baker National Forest near the river. Between 2 and 3 a.m. she heard movement approach her tent and brush against it, while a companion in a truck reportedly felt a nudge and saw a fleeting shadow. The next morning the witness found multiple large footprints around her tent, the trail and vehicles and made a plaster cast of the clearest one. While waiting alone in camp later that day she heard persistent clicking from the woods and felt watched.

In January 2003 a relative was chopping wood near the woods edge in the early evening when he noticed a large hairy figure a short distance away, visible from the waist up through a clearing. He froze, dropped the wood, and fled into the house, arriving badly shaken and initially unable to speak before stating he had seen Bigfoot. The figure was reported to have turned and left into denser woods without aggression or sound.
