Night encounter near rural home outside Crooked Tree
Two companions were pushing their bicycles up a steep driveway at night after visiting a neighbor. A large silhouette crossed the driveway entrance twice, then stopped at the top, looked at them and gave a short grunt. Frightened, they dropped their bikes and ran back to the house, later retrieving the bikes with the neighbor's help and riding home.

Two women driving to work are surprised to see a very large hair covered biped running along the side of their car.
The witness and a relative were driving to work in the dark when they noticed something in a creek bed beside the road. The creature reportedly emerged on two legs, moved toward their car and ran alongside it briefly before they sped away frightened. They described it as very large with brown shaggy hair covering its body.
