Possible nighttime sighting through a living room window near Potomac
The witness was inside the house at night after turning off the television when moonlight coming through the living room window was blocked. The witness looked up and saw a dark figure standing outside looking in for about three seconds before it moved away and moonlight returned. The witness first thought it was a human intruder and only the next morning, after considering the window height and slope, wondered about a very tall unknown figure.

A sighting by two campers at Little Bennett Campground
The witness claims to have watched a large brown-haired creature at the Little Bennett campsite in Frederick, Maryland on July 31, 1996. The creature was observed from about 20 yards away for about two minutes while feeding on tree leaves before moving off into the woods.
