They then saw a very large, hairy humanoid shape behind them that stared before moving, which frightened them into running to a lit section of road. The witness was deer hunting alone at dusk from a snow-covered cornfield in western Michigan. Feeling watched, he looked behind to the treeline and saw a tall, dark-haired figure watching him from 150-200 yards away. He watched it through his rifle scope for two to three minutes, then became frightened and ran home across the road. The figure showed no aggression and only stood and stared.
