Late at night the witness went outside to a vehicle to get a pencil for a school report. He heard a loud shrill scream lasting several seconds and then saw a large man-like figure running through a park toward the woods. He ran back inside immediately and later felt the scream matched recordings he found online.

Motorists witness something "white and furry" crossing Youth Camp Road
Two occupants of a van were driving east after dropping off a passenger when a white furry figure crossed the road in front of them. The figure was described as walking upright from woods on one side to woods on the other and was glimpsed in the headlights. The occupants reportedly continued in silence for several minutes before speaking about what they had seen.
