The head was seen popping up briefly before they retreated to the parking lot.

After the witness told the entity to back away, the dog returned and they went home.

It landed hard with a loud thud that shook the tree and moved into low undergrowth, where it was heard taking a few steps before stopping and staying hidden. The witnesses felt it was too large, heavy, and tailless to be a mountain lion or bear and suggested it could have been a juvenile Sasquatch.
