Deer hunter has early morning encounter near Middleton

The witness was deer hunting alone from an elevated stand in early morning mist when a strong musky odor hit. A dark shape circled at about 75 yards for several minutes, moving heavily through leaves and sounding bipedal, before running off. The witness estimated its height at seven to eight feet despite never getting a clear view.
