The witness had pulled over at night and was outside the vehicle with a companion when movement on a rock cliff across the road caught attention. The witness watched a tall, dark, hair-covered upright figure with a broad torso for several seconds before it turned and disappeared silently. The companion reportedly saw only a brief shadowy movement, and a next-day check of the spot found nothing unusual.
