Driver and passengers have late night sighting on mountain road in Bountiful Canyon

The witness and two companions were driving on a mountain road at night when they noticed a dark figure crouched beside the road. After the headlight brights were turned on, the figure stood upright on two legs, crossed the road in front of the truck, and ran up a steep timbered hillside until it disappeared. The witnesses described it as much larger than a human with dark hair hanging from its arms and legs and noted how fast it crossed and left sight.
