At dusk the witness and her mother saw a bear-like shape near the ranch house stand up into a very tall bipedal creature. The group confronted it, heard loud hissing and a loud bellow-whoop as it quickly climbed a rock face and disappeared. The next day measurements suggested 10 to 12 feet tall, with a heavy foot impression and dark hair found in the area.

It then pushed off the tree upright and sprinted away out of frame. The witness dropped the phone, felt the display was a threat to be eaten, and remained frozen fearing it knew the sleeping location.

The motion camera alerted to a pair of eyeshines behind a tree across the driveway that swayed back and forth and had not been present earlier. The witness texted the landlord while watching. When the landlord came outside the eyes disappeared immediately.

The grandfather was walking the perimeter of a family property and stopped by a creek where he encountered an intensely foul odor described as rotten meat and body odor. He found droppings in the middle of a large fallen tree bridging the creek where he doubted elk could have left them, and later noted apples and chokecherries were missing from trees that wildlife normally does not fully strip. The grandfather's dogs were unusually apprehensive, and the submitter suggested the odor came from a bigfoot.

The witness waited alone in a small meadow while her husband hiked ahead with dogs. A strong putrid smell arrived with total silence as a huge dark mass approached to the wood line about 25 feet away and watched her for about ten minutes. From the treeline about 25-35 yards away, the witness watched a dark seated shape shift back and forth as if focused on something in the grass ahead of it. Unsure whether it was a stump, cow, or moose, the witness returned to camp and noted the camp dog acted unusually nervous.

The witness was deer hunting alone in the morning when he heard an extremely loud low growling sound from dense cover upslope. He could not see the source even with binoculars, but saw branches shaking about nine to ten feet up and two basketball-sized rocks roll out of the cover toward him. Feeling watched and unnerved, he walked out calmly the way he had come while the sound continued until he rounded a bend in the trail.

The witness and a relative were fishing and camping in a narrow willow canyon at dusk and noticed unusual silence and a feeling of being watched. While sitting by a fire, the companion stared toward the road and the witness then saw a tall dark hairy face peering through willows about 30-40 feet away. The figure then crashed through the creek and willows up the hillside out of sight, after which the pair left hastily.

On a dark night in August 1977, the witness was walking back to hunting camp near two lakes when he stopped at a creek to find the trail. He heard a low growl, called out thinking it was companions, then heard a louder deeper growl/moan and vigorous thrashing and shaking of nearby bushes to his right. He jumped across the creek and ran to camp without seeing the source.

A family group of six was inside a large tent at night during a thunderstorm when they smelled an overpowering odor and heard loud screaming approach. A large hairy figure stood over the tent, visible in lightning flashes, screaming for several minutes while the occupants huddled in fear. An adult companion left the tent, apparently confronted the creature amid scuffling and growling, then returned pale and blocked the zipper until dawn when the group left.

In August 1964 two teenagers were walking back to a family cabin in Big Cottonwood Canyon after dark when they heard footsteps matching their movements and a low unearthly growl. They ran through a gully to the cabin and locked themselves inside. They then heard the nearby outhouse door open and slam, saw nothing when they turned on an outside light, later heard the door fling open with crashing in brush, and spent the night upstairs.

The witness's female coworker said she and her boyfriend were lying in the back of their Jeep by the water waiting for fish when raccoons were rustling nearby. She got up to check and saw a tall figure staring at her over the top of the vehicle, which then ran away extremely fast and loudly. The next morning they found an area of matted reeds with a freshly stripped catfish skeleton and entrails nearby.

Direct looks revealed nothing, but sideways glances showed forms moving tree to tree or between shadows, sometimes changing size. He addressed them verbally to be left alone and says they generally kept distance.

They heard close coyotes, saw blue fog spread over the fields, later saw carousel-like lights in the sky and a fighter jet, and on roads nearby saw house dogs walking with a coyote. The witness went with family at night to look for Bigfoot on a dirt road. He felt dread, shone a flashlight into a hillside and saw a pair of huge widely spaced amber eyes about fifteen feet away. After a slow blink and a powerful huff, the eyes vanished, shots were fired into the ground and the group ran to the car where a ranger warned of dangerous things.
